E-cigarettes for some 3 years now.
I don't know whether the cigarette to e-cigarette conversion is good for the body or not. Anyway, is it addictive? How many times do you use e-cigarettes, in a normal day?
Several experiments said that ecgis are much less pernicious (but not really healthy). But search for some papers and see for yourself, there is a lot of misinformation around. It may be worst only if you are allergic to PG or VG... The only negative effect I can see is that you can get your mouth dry...
I use it a lot (I used to smoke 1 pack a day).
It's addictive becuase it has nicotine, but you can buy or make your own eliquids with the amount of nicotine that you desire, or even with no nicotine if you want to stop any kind of "smoking".
I spend like 10€ a month on this, it's healthier and tastes better. When I used to try to quit smoking, that first cigarette after a long time without smoking tasted like heaven, when I vaped ecigs for 2 weeks and then tried a cigarette it tasted awfull.
BTW, I also bought a vaporizer for herbs - meaning weed.
You dont have the pleasure of smoking the joint but it's also healthier and makes a better use of the cannabinoids (because they don't get burnt, more is absorbed) E-cigarettes for some 3 years now.

I've tried them too and in my opinion they were very addictive. I inhaled more while vaping. I also got a huge nicotine rush out of them, more so then with regular cigarettes.
I don't smoke I only chew tobacco.

I quit about 6 days ago. It's my thirth attempt this year. Really hope to kick the habit for ever now.

I used to smoke a pack a day but I’ve really settled down on those things. Now i only smoke when i drink and that’s only on the weekends.
cigarettes taste so bad man, shisha all the way for me! maybe even worse for health but sure it tastes good!

depends on how much weed I got.......... usually like atleast a gram a day.. tends to keep the doctor away

You shouldn't smoke any cigarettes a day, none, it's a very disgusting, addictive bad habit and it kills! But if you are not persuaded to stop then 1-4 cigarettes a day is ok. It will still kill you but not as quickly as like ten a day.

When I smoked everyday it was really sporadic. Some days it would be 1-2 bowls a day. And then some days it would 5-6 bowls, a joint, and a blunt. I think you should try mixing up how much you smoke. A great thing to do is only smoke a bowl before you go to sleep during the week, and then have no limit during the weekend. im not smoking, and i will not try it

it's a social thing. if you are living in a world of stress, with stressful people around you, it is easy to burn one outside and make anyone calm.

stopped for 1 yr.. saved enough to go away.. went away then started again lol
also smoked weed 24/7 for about 6 yrs... and yeah I have a professional job and its not interfered.
not proud of it tho.. if i could go back i'd not smoke the weed. cost a shitload going throigh an ounce a week

I don't find tobacco appealing, it doesn't produce a high and nicotine is pretty addictive. If I smoke it's weed, although I did recently discover swisher blunts and they taste awesome.
I have to say, as much as e-cigarettes don't work for me as a tobacco smoker, vaporizing weed actually works great, and I've been cutting down on smoking a lot. Good stuff.
Is weed legal where you are living? And I don't know how vaporizing weed works actually. Do you use hemp oil? Can it be directly used in normal e-cigarettes, without any modification?
