You can not say that everything is ico, as it is not so. Many come out good products that work and there is already a beta version. But also a lot of scum more than 98%

ICOs are need to the project. But few Projects are scam in the crypto market so better we buy some coins in every day. Because every project have some unique identity is possible but most of the peoples are opposing the ICOs investment so carefully choose the Best platform. 
Do I need to believe in them? I don't care about the project that I invest in, that is just about money, if I see a opportunity, a hype, no matter whatever project is, if possible I invest in.
I believe in a free market because everything that doing government same have a percentage to be a scam. The new method to get money for your project its ICO, how much you are worth for people or how much you can be a scam, in conclusion, solves user.

i believe with ico and participate with ico. but I have to be selective and make sure the ico is potentially now a lot of ico that sometimes scam and harming. so I think we should do our own research for ico and see the potential of ico in the future.

I still believe in ICO. but due to the fact that in recent years there were many scams, I have stopped investing in ICO.
