A lot of people have different ideas about BTC but the one idea that keeps me interested in BTC is that it is like a central bank in your pocket where you can store your wealth. That alone keeps my attention.

It seems here are mostly believers of Bitcoin as best Cryptocurrency, and not Bitcoin as best settlement layer for offchain centralized services as few hard core small blockers try make Bitcoin a reality. But most people are not dumb and understand why we can not stop Bitcoin adoption right now for just a hope some LN solution pop ups in hard Bitcoin times to get Bitcoin out of the mess.

I always did and still believe in the concept of BTC from the first time I knew about it in 2012, it's a great financial concept and electronical theory.

Yeah, the belief that bitcoin will increase in price make it more attractive, and everywhere it is used as a normal currency so people believe in it. Also, nowadays it is becoming efficient to buy and sell with bitcoins. So people likes more to use bitcoin for online transaction than other currency.
