I don't see any better options besides hardware wallet
I am still using mew and i dont login with my private key. I login with my keystore file.
It is more safe way how to login to your wallet, but if your computer is infected, it will not help you, so be careful!
To this day I still use MEW, but my friend advised me to use metamask, I do not understand what difference MEW and metamask
With the recent hack, I assume a lot of people will switch to something else, what do you think?
I still recommend using a hardware wallet over the safety benefits though.
I am still using MEW. The reason is 1) I am using a hardware wallet (no chance for my private key to be hacked). 2) I am using the legit chrome extension of MEW, which is a offline version of MEW (not affected by the recent hack).I still recommend using a hardware wallet over the safety benefits though.
I am still using Myetherwallet as well,this is one of the most safest ways to keep your coins safe and secure.And sometimes you have to keep your coins only there to get some airdrop coins.
So do i. Personally, I think that MEW is one of the best ways to help us keep coins in a secure way. Probably there are so many people bilieve in using MEW as well. If it has scammers, maybe you’re not in the right website because scammers would make some web pages which identical to MEW page. Therefore, you have to be more careful. You’d better take a check before participating in it to identify an official page.

I'm using a hardware wallet. For those who don't can buy TREZOR or Ledger Wallet, I advise to use metamask.io. Also I advise to check each time on the MEW website that the connection is protected (the status in the left part of the address bar of any browser)
Yes, i am use it, why not? What another way? This is good and original method to hold Ethereum and ERC20 token's. This is the reason.

yes I do, the issue last time about hacking of mew itself has already been solved. so there is no reason for anyone to avoid using myetherwallet now. but if you really doubt using it, you can use an alternative wallet like hardware wallet or metamask.

I used it cause it's really easy to use and quick .I never use any other wallets for eth or erc tokens.I havebeen using it for a very long time and I never faced an issue with it. Yean but recent hacks is not good hardware wallets is now mandotry .but i dont have enough money to buy a hardware wallets so i used my MEW very carefully. Don't listen to any scammer and keep holding.
in any case, I have always trusted MEW. Well, all the problems that existed today, everything happens through the fault of the users themselves, so I do not consider all the negative feedback on this e-wallet to be objective. 
Yes, This is the only easy option left for me. Can't use my ledger daily for transactions. MEW comes here when it is convenience. It is better than some mobile wallets also.

I think MEW and metamesk are a good combination and make it easier for us when using mew, and also more secure than login using private key. i also use MEW with metamask a few months and this is more efficient than using private key
