But it is very difficult for most people and in general to allocate time just to read something very long, although basically it is important and better to read it but people still with their old habits assuming that it is all boring, when in reality maybe they only need a few minutes to read all the terms and conditions provided by the casino on the sign-up board.

At least a little bit and picking up a few key points from the text of the announcement provided by the casino is better than completely skipping it all.

It's not a few minutes, if we being honest, it's more. Sometimes if want to really understand a sentence we can spend a few minutes on that one sentence alone. But, man, oh man, is it worth it! First you read those terms and conditions the hard way, but a couple of them later it can indeed be taking only a few minutes to read T&Cs on other sites.

It's such a pity that many of us will make use of the same rules applicable to the other gambling platforms we are using to bebthe same effective with the one we are using currently, this is just a way of working by assumption that most of the gamblers generalized gambling rules to be the same for all, this is entirely a wrong practice, we should learn to be more of being careful in paying attention to details and reading the particular rules that applies to the gambling platform we are using only.
Because we have to be responsible with our gambling activities, we must know the rules before registering at a casino. There are differences between each casino so we have to pay attention to this and not take the rules lightly. Often, problems will arise after we start gambling and it is because we don't know the rules so we experience these problems. We should take a moment to check and read the rules rather than later experience problems that can cause discomfort when gambling. After all, if we only read the parts that we think are important, that's fine because at least we know what to do so we don't break the rules.

Yes, that's right, I agree with you, it's better to take the time to read and understand the rules in the casino  because each casino certainly has different rules, and this needs to be paid attention to so that later something undesirable happens when If we want to make a withdrawal or something that is not in accordance with the rules at the casino paying attention to understand every rule at the casino will not make us lose money, because that way we can know clearly the rules at the casino, and as you Say that, rather than having problems that make us uncomfortable with the gambling we do,  it's better to take the time, after all it won't  take a long time until hours are impossible.  So take a moment to pay attention to what's in the casino so that nothing undesirable happens.

Maybe some people ignore this because they are used to casino gambling where the rules are not much different, but there is no harm in doing this, because this is also for our own comfort when gambling later. and the point that must be remembered is the rules that must be understood so that we do not violate the rules in the casino as you said. and people who are used to casinos, maybe they only see minimum deposits and minimum withdrawals and nothing else.

Lets just accept that we are not reading generation. Vision content has replaced everything. We prefer watching over reading. We have lost the skill of diagonal reading and we read only texts that consist of few lines or sentences. And we should not blame or call people lazy because of that. Progress is to quick, everything changes to quick. Only people who had problems with casinos previously bothers reading something. Those who deposit, gamble, withdraw will never read ToS.
You are right that nowadays very few people want to read and the majority of us would rather watch than read series of quite long sentences.
If you say or claim that you are lazy, this is indeed lazy attitude, but there is another side which states that the love of reading has disappeared because of the times and all the conveniences that exist.
There are various features out there that make using sound easy because you just have to listen.
In the past, there was thought or idea that was discussed about voice recording feature that presents all the contents of high fives and this is pretty good idea to make it easier to understand the contents of high fives for all gambling site customers.
And now if this kind of feature is set by gambling site then we as customers will also feel that the service is much more pleasant and of course it will be plus for the gambling site.
It can also be confirmed that in the future more and more gamblers will want to understand and learn high fives so that they don't break the rules or make mistakes that might cause problems.
This is happening not only because we are lazy, according to the research I have read people remember a higher percentage of what they hear compared to reading the same material, and when it comes to visual content this percentage increases even further, it is because of this that we still have teachers at school trying to impart their knowledge using all methods possible, instead of just giving a few books to the students and hoping for them to learn, an experience many kids had to go through during the pandemic and that has been a complete disaster for their development.

I have completely different experience. What I have read sticks in my head for a longer period then what I have seen. This comes from school or university also. If I just listen to the teacher, then I memorize less than I would have read. I think while reading we are more focused, while watching we are distracted more.

I have just checked random casino ToS. It is 22 page long word document of around 10k words. Even without speed reading, it will take 15-20 minutes to read all that and understand that. I not a single gamble is ready to that, nor have time for that.

The terms and conditions of casinos and other companies is usually very lengthy and somehow boring for some people. Hence , many people rarely find time to read them. They may actually contain some of the complaints that people raise about some casinos such requiring KYC if there is need or suspicion of money laundering activities.

What is your take on this?
I kept checking the Terms because this is where we can find a tricky gambling site though scammers are pretender but tricks takes place when you are not watching their terms and conditions.
KYC isn't a thing for me anymore because what I do believe now is that scam and legit are asking KYC and with that I think only oldschool and reputable casino will bring me good return and trust so I stick with them instead as I try to prevent playing in newer casinos.

Reading the rules in the casino is at least a must, but we can choose whatever we can read. Experienced gamblers only look for the most important parts like deposits, withdrawals, KYC, bonus issues, wagers, etc. Some parts vary from one casino to another, so we must ensure that we understand the rules and will not break them. For those with little knowledge, reading the rules is highly recommended because they need to know the rules so they don't break them. Indeed, reading the rules is boring because the rules are written very long, so many gamblers need to be more active in reading them, especially those who are inexperienced. But that's the way so that we clearly understand the rules and can avoid mistakes later.
Every time you enter any site, it's not just about gambling, as a smart user you must read the TOS and the regulations that apply to gambling sites, at least as you said, we only need to know the important points as you mentioned so that this becomes our guide when gambling. If a technical error occurs, it's usually boring to read everything because it's too long, but these points are important to know before gambling.

Before I register on a gambling site, I usually read the terms and conditions that I have just received, although sometimes gambling sites don't have the same thing regarding this, but at least we can differentiate them from other gambling sites that we register with. so that that way we can choose the right and best gambling site.

I agree with what you said, friend. We as gamblers must first learn to read or learn the dos and don'ts of a gambler in a casino that they or we will enter to gamble.

The other gamblers who can't read just play gambling. When they have a problem with their game, the problem they often face is that they can't withdraw their large winnings because they are violating something that they don't know has been violated. They are one of the terms and conditions in the TOS of a casino.

Not only lazy, but also impatient. I believe not many bother reading rules, when they want to gamble here and now. Here is what I am talking about. Perfect example of laziness and being impatient. Spending few minutes before registration would have solved all of that users problems. And like Ive said, people refer to ToS or manual only when something bad has already happened.

Most of the gamblers will never read ToS, because they are at the casino to gamble, not to read. And a lot of them think, that if they were let to register, then all they do is correct and dont violate any rule.
Will it interest you to know that some gamblers does not even know what is called ToS and whatever they do not know about will not sound nice to them. This might sound strange but honestly not all online gamblers knows about terms of services. In the other way round, impatient is one other factor that makes gamblers not to read the terms of services. Gamblers will be thinking and strategizing on how to win matches and at same time they are expected to expend more energy in reading terms of services.

Not surprised at all the gamblers dont know what ToS is. We live in quickly developing world. In the world of click, swipe, scroll. Those who are slow and spend extra time on something, are considered by young generation as lame. You dont do things quick - you are strange and lame. In fact, current generation dont bother reading at all; we read less than 20-30 years ago. We are used to visual content than to text. If there were ToS in format of a video (btw it is a good hint for casinos), then people would be more familiar with casinos rules.

Exactly, the fact is that not everyone involved in online gambling is familiar with what is called ToS although it is very important for the first step of involvement in one of the casinos but on the other hand we cannot fully assume that everyone knows about the ToS provided by the casino. I'm more interested in your idea about the actual fact that most people have about reading being something that is very boring in the eyes of the public, I think the habit of laziness is one of the main causes why there are some gamblers who ignore the ToS even though it is important.

First of all it looks boring, and secondly even if they have spent time reading the ToS it doesn't mean they will immediately understand all the terms and conditions in the casino, and I think that is one of the things they don't think they need to do, difficulty understanding is also certainly a problem, and it's true that visual content can be a pretty good reference to be implemented by casinos, the attraction and curiosity related to the videos provided will play a role in the gambler's mind and not only that because visual content is easier to understand by most people, this is a good idea.

By reading the ToS, we will know what the rules are, and if we compare them with the rules in other casinos, there will be differences even though they could be clearer. And for this reason, we have to be active in asking the support service so that we can know the rules well.

Moreover, by knowing the rules, we can gamble calmly. And if the casino changes its rules one day, it will let its members know, and we will also see what the changes are. We prevent ourselves from experiencing problems that we don't expect because if we break the rules even a little, the casino might suspect it.

Indeed, it would be preferable if gamblers read the terms of service before clicking the "I accept" or "I agree" buttons. However, it is a sad fact that, from what I've read on this forum, gamblers hardly ever read the ToS since they find it boring to read and the lengthy phrases to be uninteresting.  To be honest I am also lazy, because reading those terms of service would merely take up more of my time. I would almost entirely ignore the most significant part of a game when I'm eager to play and place a wager.
However sometimes, though, when I'm new to a casino's online platform or app, I read about the minimum and maximum deposits needed to play.
Usually, all the games I play are recommended by my friends so for me why should I read the whole terms and conditions when I have them who can explain to me directly without any confusion on how to play it.
Even though it is boring, we should not underestimate it because that is where many gamblers run into problems. They don't understand the meaning of the rules and tend to underestimate them, and even though I, like you, am too lazy to read them because the rules are very long, I force myself to try to understand them, especially the important parts. I don't want to experience problems after gambling, so I try to do it. Those who are new to gambling should read the rules because they need to understand what the rules are and also understand the dos and don'ts.

If everyone took the time to understand the rules, the problems that have occurred in the past could be reduced. We can gamble comfortably and withdraw the winnings without any problems. You can ask your friends to recommend the casino and gambling games, but you must check the casino before joining.

A decent gambling site should be transparent and fair, but we must still be watchful. While community strength is in numbers, personal effort is the first defence. A healthy and engaging gambling experience requires trust and caution in online venues.

This is true, we should know what we are doing, so in case we sign up to a gambling site to play, before we agree with their terms, everything that is written was already understood. Complaining in the end is useless because every casino might have a different rules, once you sign up, that simply means you agree to it.

Actually, for gamblers who doesn't really risk huge money, it's okay not to read the terms especially if they can just let go of their money in case their account will be ban and funds will be frozen. In the end, it's still up to our choice, and all the time it's important to be aware of the risk.

Honestly there are many reasons why Casinos create very long terms and conditions. Among them is first of course that gamblers don't want to read because everyone knows that reading very long texts will be very boring. The second is to make long terms and conditions, not only so that gamblers don't want to read them, but they can also include many conditions and situations that they may have faced or that they have not yet faced but that have happened in other casinos. Basically, all types of digital world services currently apply very long terms and conditions, not just casinos.

I never read the terms and conditions and just accept them. All casinos write their terms of service as long and tedious as possible, so that users are too lazy to read it. In principle, I think that there is no need to read the terms and conditions, because the casino can at any time update the terms and you will have to either accept them or leave the casino.

That's very practical. Hopefully, you aren't gambling with a decent amount of money so you'll not be surprise in case of terms chance that might compromise your funds. I guess most of us doesn't really read the TOS ( due to the reason you mentioned), but most of us also doesn't gamble with a decent amount of money, so I like to ask you, are you a high roller, or just a typical gambler?

The main purpose of people come only to gamble and get a win or fun, although it is better to know what the rules and regulations are in the casino but on the other hand for most people it is very boring when the casino displays very long terms and conditions, and obviously the assumption of most people is that it is "boring", the fact is that such habits are difficult to break and most people will skip it. On the other hand I understand that all the statements provided by the casino are quite important to keep the gamblers engaged, it is nothing but information for the benefit of the gamblers in the end. So anyway I think it's better to read it even if it's just a little and take the important points.

The goal of the casino is just to make gamblers know about all the rules that are there so as to avoid some assumptions of fraud which of course can reduce the popularity of the casino as well when things that are not wanted by gamblers occur. Well true, more precisely maybe it all depends on our own personality, if indeed we are one of the responsible gamblers and understand about the concept of gambling, especially about the risks, then obviously there should not be some allegations of fraud or some other things that can corner the casino.
