I assume most gamblers don't go through reading all the broad terms and conditions that guides a casino because it is too voluminous and one can even get confused why trying to recap everything they've read but notwithstanding, it is important to read the terms and conditions that guides a casino so that you know if you can adapt to those terms or not. Though for me I don't stress my self going through all of them as I often pick the most important ones and read.
my take on this is that if you will deposit hefty or significant amount of money on the casino, would be best to at least browse the terms and conditions of the site. otherwise, whatever problem you will encounter regarding your negligence will be on you. so for example, the kyc part, at least you are amenable with their requirements. if not, then just go to other site which you think you can comply with what credentials you have.
you don't need to read all of them. but for me, the first one to consider is their withdrawal requirements. because it is your money at stake. of course, you would want to get out your money if you want to. you don't want somebody else taking hostage of your funds. but if it is your fault for neglecting their requirements, then, no one else is to blame but you.
you can also remind yourself of the following aspects :
- check if the casino is a licensed one, because for sure they have something to say about AML/KYC policy
- withdrawal requirements as well as fees
- their chat/technical support (are they active at least)
- minimum deposit (as you may deposit below their minimum and you won't get it back)
