The transaction fees can be changed. This happened in the past.

How I wish it will reach to such high at $10,000 per BTC this 2015, but it seems less likely that it will happen this year. Maybe by 2020, BTC might be just trading that high!

Maybe, but the spikes are less sharp, so I think that the next spike would be at $1500-2500.
