No it would be virtually impossible for Bitcoins to hit 10,000 dollars anytime in 2015. I personally dont think bitcins will ever hit 10,000 USD but thats just me. We will be very lucky to see bitcoins hit 1000 dollars again much less 10,000 dollars. A lot of real work would need to take place in order for this coin to hit 1000 dollars again. Work that seemingly is not being done at all.

No. We'll be lucky if it makes it back to 1000 USD. I am so sad that bitcoin has not rallied or at least stayed even this year. Maybe we will get a big year end price move up like last year.

You're totally crazy. It is impossible that price will take that value, you asked that cap market has to increase up to 130$ Billion, so, impossible, for now.

IMHO, the $10000 target is achievable. It won't be in 2015 but it could be accomplished a few more years later may be sometime around 2017 after the block halving in 2016.

We cant be so sure, theres just as much chance it may go to $10 in 2 years :/Well that's true but as you see, more and more people and companies are accepting it and when it's wide spread and it's limit is limited. the prive will surely go up and we will be dealing with satoshis... but that surely wont be in the next 2-3 years but the price will jump in the late 2015/early 2016.
Tiny float, with any meaningful volume (20-50x the current one) it could move really fast.

One can dream that it could surpass that, but a lot of changes can happen in one year. They probably won't be significant enough for it to go up to $10,000 but hey, any increase in value is good.

hmm, there is huge chance some altcoin to become very interesting, that will make price drop of bitcoin.
Something similar is happening now, but with thousands of other altcoins.

@bitsmichel - I think the price could go above 10,000 USD but it could be a while e.g. 10 years time.
I'm perfectly willing to wait.
I've spent too much to sell now at a huge loss.
I suppose mass adoption is inevitable but it just needs somebody to make the first move (a huge country / organisation etc)

The current price is not an indicator for the future. Bitcoin price has moved up and down fast in the past. 2015 is a very short time, I predict it's more likely to hit 10000 USD in 2016 or 2017. Do you think the price will go beyond 10.000 USD?If chinas bank accepts bitcoin again, we`ll have something.
