As I really can't predict the future, I believe that anything can happen within that period, there is a saying that everything thay rises eventually falls, Bitcoin is the major crypto currency at the moment but I believe that as time goes on, another will come which will be more profitable to people and they will flock towards it abandoning bitcoin.

Lets just say something comes beside bitcoin. But I don't think they will abandon the bitcoin. It become profitable to most people and brings changes to the lives of some. With the growing of technilogy, bitcoin will also grow. Their is also more time to improve the bitcoin in the future. Even if something rise, bitcoin will come on top. And if you ask me, if it will last a 100 years? I'll say yes.

I personally believe it. I believe bitcoin can survive 100 years later even more. Because I have looked at bitcoin as part of the internet. So just as with stopping the Internet, nobody can stop bitcoin.

To be honest, 100 years is a lot of time.

A lot of currencies have survived amongst times, but BTC, as the first one that really exploded in conjunction with the always decreasing time that things are taking to evolve, it will not take 100 years so that another coin or even an alternative transaction method comes up and reigns.

It could last for 100 years or even more, but you couldn't. Bitcoin is the most superior coin here in the crypto world, that is why it would take something really stronger, for it to be shutdown, but after 100 years? I think bitcoin would be on its highest peak, and when that happens, bitcoin would start to be dump, its price would go down, because it is what the expert predicted.

I don't know if its true, that bitcoin is like a pyramid, but we don't have to worry about it now since bitcoin is just on its first step on its very gigantic success. Let's HODL.

Na 100 years are too long. remember that Mining is not energy/environment friendly so yeah there will come new/better solutions, but for the years/ decades too come we may see bitcoin becoming a part of our daily life.

I think bitcoin will be having a wrap around in mining because bitcoin that year will be close in mining all of the blocks. That time the price is so expensive the same as the miner fee and transaction fee. And as you've said, it wll be a part of our daily lives.

In my own perception and insight based on what I currenlty and have recently seen and observed, I think yes. Bitcoin can lasts up to 100 years from its date of establishment. Because if you will just see it and observe, you can see that now there are lots of bitcoin users that reached up and turned out into a massive number that can be a great factor for bitcoin to continuously be used and last for a couple of years until 100 years or more. Also along with the technology rise, bitcoin also rise because it is generated and operated online through internet access. Even when we die, there will be surely the next generation to innovate bitcoin more than what it is today.

Nobody knows what can happen in one year, not even in one hundreed, but i know that bitcoin will survive for so many years, i really hope so, because this is the new era of money. A lot of stores are now accepting crypto, this means that it can not last only one more year, crypto are here to stay.

It’s not only about the current price. It is about what will be the money system of future. If crypto currencies will wipe out fiat, then in that case digital gold will rule. Everything is totally depending on the revolution of technology and its coverage over the world. But bitcoin will surely exist or coexist with fiat. It will never be an ancient history for sure.

Maybe in a world where everything will have to be sold online, then Bitcoin might or might not survive then to overtake fiat. Even if it stays till then, I believe the 21 million BTC have been mined by then. But I still believe it will stay till then. There will not be any solid reason for bitcoin not to survive in my opinion.

100 years are too long to predict. There's a lot will happen in the world and maybe we're also dead that time.
But as long there's a demand and supply in the market bitcoin will last. But for sure bitcoin had gone many upgrades and lock in as time passes. Also, some altcoins by that time maybe gone also in the moon. But I hope being decentralized will not be change as main features of bitcoin.

I do not think Bitcoin will last long despite the current high Bitcoin price, especially with 100 years I think it is very unlikely, because there will be a coin that replaces Bitcoin. Because in this world nothing is impossible.

Yes. Bitcoin survives if the trend continues and bitcoin continues to lead the crypto space. There will be hundreds of new inventions and new technologies in 100 years but bitcoin stays as it is when people still use it as part of their daily routine.

You are right and I do agree with you here that bitcoin will survive for long time and even after 100 years we will see bitcoin as it is there will be no change in it as all of us can see the benefits of the bitcoin and we know it is growing very fast soon it will be most wanted currency because the demand of the bitcoin is increasing than the supply so we need more bitcoins in the market so, in this condition how can we say it will not survive bitcoin will survive for sure not only for 100 years but for 1000 years.
