Yes, this is a big plan of all countries, digital currency will soon replace paper money, many things are being reviewed from the team and I'm sure it does not take 50 years from now paper money will disappear and be replaced with digital currency.

Personally I say yes as our society becomes increasingly dependent upon technology, digital currency will become a more popular means of paying for different things and it is more effective and instant. I haven't used much physical money in the past 8 years and I rarely had any problems with that.
What do you guys think?
I always imagining what will the world looks like because of the bitcoin. I come up in idea that bitcoin can't replace the paper money but bitcoin will also use by the people. Fiat currency and digital currency will stay in this world forever. What do you guys think?

Bitcoin is growing and it has many benefits but paper money is still more important in life. bitcoin is digital money, it's price is unstable. So I think bitcoin can not replace paper money.

Basically there is need of paper money to circulated business with FMCG market. In every country their federal reserve banks have make appropriate currencies to roll in market to control economy.
Bitcoin still have advantage to make micro transactions but still it need internet connectivity. Along with this there is transaction fees and time require for transaction confirmation are also considerable things while doing Bitcoin transfer.
So there are chances to get paper money replace from world but it will surely take lot more time to implement it.

I think that is possible .. look at the current technological development. All payments can be made by card. I think it can replace paper money. Because digital coin can pay faster and not be tampered with.

Omg. Can't believe how many people says no. Gosh there so many clueless people out there. Do you think in a digital world of social media and online gaming and streaming that we going to use physical money? We ok. Why don't we trade cattle while we at it. Technology is upgrading and so will the way we use money. In a world full of technology and computers you want to use physical money?
We already have been using digital money for a long time. Your bank account is digital. You don't withdraw $250000 in cash to buy a house you pay with a bank deposit which is digital. When you go online and buy games that is digital too.

Maybe in the near future. With good investments and good development, bitcoin can be the future currency wich can make our lives much easyer.

I doubt that the government would allow that to happen because based on my analysis majority of the people in the rural or at the poverty area are not familiarized or use to computers so I don't they would bother using digital currency and lets say what you are saying really does happen then how do you expect those majority people to make their daily living?

I think, there is no doubt about that the company and management of bitcoin always provide what is the best for their investors and I think that the reason why they always do their best to improve and innovate their selves in order to help them; from this there is a great possibility that it may happen.
Digital currency it wil change the any country currecny. So it will use for the any country. If have no money you will easy to exchanges the money. It help to the all country people. You will use the digital currecny if will accept it. If not accept you will exchage the on time. You will know pricess. If you to start. But if exchage the digitla currecny in paper monry. You will know the how to proces.

I think it depends on the government of the country. Before that happen all the person in that country, and the government allows the digital currency to used as a mode of payment . The government will create new law regarding the use of the digital currency, but it takes many more years before will happen

All your points are valid, but there is a slight ambiguity. The price of digital currency is not stable, it fluctuates very rapidly. Like one day you can buy a shirt for 100 units and the next day its for sale for 160 units of same currency. The other major problem is that, Paper currency have equivalent amount of Gold reserves behind and that controls its price, while digital currency have no such physical entity. What do you guys think?

I think not, digital currency and real money should go together. Because they need each other, in the real world we need real money, in the virtual world we need digital currency.
Why not? i think this can quite happen in the future when science technology of human is development so that you dont need paper money for the smallest transactions, all stories will equipped with electronic payment tools when paper money is not necessary anymore. But this can just be done in next 100 years.

I hope,Everyone will understand the preference of digital currency and this will not be bad for them,who trust in US dollars or Canadian,Its no matter,This situation will be profitable for everyone,not only for big or small bussineses, Of course for people.But it is not necessary to replace paper money in every relations.At the same time its not unavoidable fact,because it depends on political will,but we,people have decisive role,If we start using this tottaly,It will replace.

we use bitcoin as investment no one ready to pay bitcoin for cash.

I dont think that there have a chance that digital currency will replace paper money maybe now or in the future, because paper money is probably the most people need to survive in there daily life, and for me digital currency will do what the paper money can do but they cant replace paper money. bitcoin can’t replace paper money but will replace gold

No it will not, Fiat is already existing before bitcoins even found and with that reason it is impossible to change the currency of every country immediately. It is impossible for the country to migrate on bitcoins because not every country is capable of earning btc.

We don't know yet, depends if the majority agreed to deplete paper money and switch on to modern mode of cashless society. Actually there are possibility that it will happen in the near future because most of the people nowadays are adapting this type of payment and everybody witnessed the efficient way of living:)

I think yes, because bitcoin is different from other digital currencies like PayPal, and so forth. In bitcoin we have full control over what we have. If our paypal is too charged by fees and others, and also to use it too complicated in my personal opinion
