I'm looking for free spin.
What do you think guys about the funds from bitfinex do you think they already sell those bitcoin in the other market.? thats why the price of bitcoin is down or thats why the price of bitcoin is down its because they already seen the news about hacking bitfinex? an many people saw this news and sell their bitcoin thats why the price of bitcoin is down?
Maybe they can sell some but not at all they can store all remaining in a safe one. So i think why the price of bitcoin down becuase it affected all the investor some are panic selling to their bitcoin when they read about hacking in bitfinex.
Yeah this is what i think and i think they are just holding some and waiting for more price increase to get more profit.. they can not spend all their hack from bitfinex since its a large amount of bitcoin and he is big time hacker right now..

You cannot simply spend $1 Million on some online store that accepts bitcoins. Also the authorities will ask for your information from the store you purchased an item from.

Exactly.
But there has to be a way to get some of the Bitcoins spent or transferred to another form of currency.
Hackers wouldn't be working so hard to attack exchanges/ online wallets/ gambling sites if they didn't have a way to spend the money.
Some do it for the LOLZ but most are in it for the profit$.

Its actually a very interesting topic.
You have Millions of dollars in Bitcoin, but they are stolen.
How do you get the money?

When asked about the $1 Million in Bitcoin he hacked from PrimeDice the hacker said-

TheBitcoinStrip.com: So how do you cash out $1 million (more now) of "stolen" Bitcoins?

HufflePuff: Simple. You don't.

Certainly there is some way to spend these coins, though.
Not every single store, website, exchange is going to blacklist these coins, so there must be some way to convert them to cash/ goods.
Most money laundering operations charge 20-50% to convert your cash. Are there any similar methods for digital currencies?

it makes sense that exchanges will freeze these stolen coins once deposited, but i am wondering if bitfinex has shared the addresses of where these coins went to. i have been looking for it on the internet, but haven't found any articles containing an address.

Nope, but I think it's mainly done to prevent the public from knowing where the coins have gone. And you probably can let your imagination do the rest... Everything around the "hack" of Bitfinex stinks.
yes and i think it s not so easy to to do so, and i think they will have already move the money into a safe place and they must have done some arrangement for the bitcoins they hacked.

to i think the bitcoins that were stolen from bitfinex exchange well already be sold as the hackers must try their best to make clear their position as soon as possible.
but i think it may not yet be sold and the reason is that the hacker may want to remain calm for some time so as people may stop thinking about that after that they can easily sell it.

If you think about it, it may be those hackers that keeps the price rising so they can dump everything they've got on us.

well you have some point about it but i think they slowly sold it so it cannot affect the bitcoins price and surely hackers dont esnt bitcoins die or going to dump since they can earn huge profit if they can maintain the price at this matter. and lets move on for that issue since the damage has been and hackers are so rich by this time surely they are still on party mode for such huge money they get from bitfinnex.

Nope. These coins will get mixed in a very slow but efficient manner. Once that is done, they can start using these "clean" coins, but in very low amounts. I guess they will probably do it by the 1-5BTC per time in order to not get too much attention pointed at them. It will be a time consuming process, but once done, they are multi millionaire with coins that they can freely move back and forth.

Anybody who takes the chance to sell off those coins are going to be looking over their shoulders for the rest of their lives.
They will have to answer to a lot of people once they get caught.
but if a person was going to hack the such a big exchange and take the money, why will he thing about such thing and second is that is there any why to distinguish about the bitcoin that were stolen from the exchange? to catch them and then punish them, and according to what law they will be punished if they even caught.

I think they already sold it but I do not know what they really did of course, most likely they have still an amount in their cold storage and sold a part too to make some good money.

Well I think that was sold too. Because think about after the incident the price decrease rapidly and after for some weeks the price is increasing it again. I guess that is because the demand of bitcoin increased as the hacker sold it already and it is in the market already that helped the price to recover but not for bitfinex.

Who says they'll ever sell them? They could always spend them an anonymous services and still live the rest of their lives not worrying at all what might happen. It could also be that the hackers were hired to do this and someone already bought them right away at a discounted price to buy illegal goods.

The hacker would have sold some of it for sure, but I don't think he has sold all of it... the price of bitcoins would have fallen to less than $520 if he had sold all at once.
If the hacker has sold their bitcoins the bitcoin market price will be much lower because the sale will drive the price down.
