No. I don't think investors look so much at ICO websites before invest, most of them choose from social media and maybe this is not good, but also an website only offer an info and not guarantee a profit.

I think this website is very helpful to decide and choose the best ICO to participate . Because it give information and description in different ICO that you want to participate so it is good to make you think or to understand to flow of what industry that you will entrering and learn some tips to avoid losss.

I think its much more beneficial if we have our own set of criterias in determining the viability of an ICO and we should not rely solely on these ICO websites which is most of the times, biased towards an ICO since most of them requires payment to publish ICO's in their websites. Here are some of my questions in determining whether an ICO is right for investment or not:

1. Does it have a sound business plan and original and not a copy paste idea?
2. Does it already have an MVP?
3. Does it have a Github repository already?
4. Do the development team are capable in delivering the product?
5. Does the team's identities verifiable or have been verified?
6. Does it have a realistic roadmap?
7. Does the team give utmost importance to their promises and perform deliverables?
8. Does the project exercise more transparency on project related matters?
9. Does the project's tokenomics been distributed fairly?
10. Does the project have positive peer reviews among trustworthy members of the community?
I just want to know what is MVP?

I only visit ICO rating websites to know trending ICOs and not to help me analyze if a project is legit or not. Most are paid reviews, don't get it twisted. So it's important you do your own research, not just concluding based on the ratings you see on ICO sites. Well, some boast of reputation like ICODROPS, ICOBENCH but please, never rely completely on them.

Indeed, most ICOs rating websites are paid reviews and i am prefer make my own analysis before make investment on ICOs. But now investor looking on IEOs because exchangers already make research about the project before held IEOs. Its good alternative for investor
Because the name change from ICO to IEO dose not mean you can make a profit, most of exchanges welcome IEO because it charge huge amount during ICO from the project developers.

I am visiting some ICO websites like ICODROPS or ICOBENCH. But I always do my own researches because most of the ICOs are only paid reviews. So I don't fully trust ICO rating websites. It is better also to listen to some experienced youtubers and their recommendations of ICOs.

So far, only 1 person have voted for, it's helpful. I guess who it is. Is that any of the ICO rating site owner  Cheesy ICObench has an active account here and I guess he has voted for it. Guys, these ratings are nothing but shit. Don't pay attention into those reviews/ratings.

DO you think ICO websites help investors to choose best ICO to participate.
Now there is a lot of websites rating ICOs, most of this websites rate the ICOs, but in other hand this websites charge fees from ICOs.
Which means that this evaluation may not be accurate, so do you trust these websites? and do you recommend using them?

No, I don't think they help investors pick the best ICO's. Most of them give favourable reviews if you give them enough money. I don't pay them any attention at all when evaluating which ICO's to invest in. I don't think the IEO sites are anymore reliable since they make money if the IEO is successful. If you want to know if a new project is worth investing in you have to do your own research and due diligence.

I don't believe in the ICO website which gives positive or negative reviews, from what I know. a website like that is a paid website "if you want to promote ICO then you have to pay XX btc to that website". so, overall the website review or rating for ICO is not 100% pure review personally, the legitimate can be bought. that's why, why many ico are successful but end up scam. fake reviews and ratings.

So far only one vote for option number one, people should not trust these paid rating sites, they are making huge money promoting scam ICO and they are their number one promoter, people should red tag those people who promote these rating sites here.
rating site often make wrong analisys , they give star based on how much money will received by them from developers team.personally i am prefer to make my own research and believe my experience.

There are sites that do not take a fee from the developers. I use several such sites, I read a lot of information before investing in any project. Such sites help to assemble a mosaic into a single picture.
May i ask you to list this websites that do not takes fees from developers for listing projects?

I don't think this ICO rating websites help in actually telling you which ICO project would be a good investment or not, I believe that there is monopoly in the system and they rate those who pay more money than others who doesn't, this is why I won't advice any of my friends or newbie I bring into the system to visit this ICO rating site to get projects for investment because they might end up losing all of their funds to scammers and begin to refer Crypto as a scam instead of a savour.

ICO websites are also businesses. Just like other businesses, their main aim is to earn profit. So they accept money to feature some ICOs. You should not make your investment decisions just by these listings.

do not count on rating sites they will not guarantee that the project will be successful
when choosing ICO, you need to thoroughly examine the project from all sides
team
road map
availability of finished product
Does the project have fees and how fast they go
chat with someone from the team ask questions

Website ICO I think can help to analyze. But don't fully trust the ICO Website. Because there is a difference in data that is display with the check. We must be careful in choosing an ICO as this will determine the future of our money.

I always assume that ICO listing website is kinda bias, because some of the got paid to promote the ICO and the people behind it who analyze the ICO is not a really professional. Fundamental analysis has a thin line with subjective analysis, so better DYOR and trade at your own risk.

All right, sites should be independent and in order to accurately assess whether they show the truth, you need to follow their evaluation for at least a year. and see how projects live with a certain rating.
