No, you should not sell your coins today because the market price is still dumping, the best thing to do as of now is to invest a huge amount on the market or you can just hold your coins and wait for the price to pump up again.
The right time to sell bitcoin is when it is soaring through the roof and not when it is down. People really has an opposite mindset and that is why they lose more. Please don't sell it at this low moment of bitcoin.

If you have set a target price to sell your bitcoin and that target price is already hit then its time to sell your bitcoin. Bitcoin's ability to recover from deep corrections have been proven in the past and it best for long term hold. If you are a bitcoin believer, it better to hold your coins instead of selling them because of some speculations about the possible bitcoin surge of dump.
I don't think it would make sense to sell bitcoin right now, the price just triple bottomed off a strong support area which is a bullish signal. In the short term BTC may meet resistance at around $6900 area, if you're up for a risk short then.

Yes it is right time to buy some altcoins because all altcoins prices are dumping and dumping. All altcoins prices passes through a red signal. So i decide to buy some altcoins instead of selling.

I think you are not also aware that the price of the bitcoin now on the market is low, if you sell your bitcoin today definitely in low value also, so for me i never sell it today, i will wait patienly till the right time comes, the time that the bitcoin price in the market was pump again.
I think it depends on your entry point and your own risk management or money plan. For example, if you only invest $ 100 in it. It really depends on when and how much Bitcoin you bought in the past. No this is the bad and the worst time to buy bitcoins because look at their position now look at their price they are struggling in that position that they are into they cannot go up again and they cannot rise again just like what they did last december because of a lot of people that are selling. Dont you remember that they are rising because of the demands their prices are always be on the demands of the bitcoins so if you sell then you are just gonna make them much worst.
