Selling your bitcoin and buying back needs a perfect timing. Once you feel that the price will be going down, then better sell and invest on other altcoins and wait for another rise again.
Do you think it will be the best time to sell as there are two kind of speculations one says the value of bitcoin will reach $20,000 by 2018 and there are also speculations that the bitcoin might go through a dump in upcoming days but i know we cannot believe into random predictions by random users due to the volatility of bitcoin but i need some suggestions whether to hold on to bitcoin or sell it out and invest some of it into altcoins and then wait for the price drop to reinvest into bitcoin which i am not sure will happen or not.
You are the obly one who can decide if its the day of the right time because bitcoins is too volatile so it can be a bad time after you sold bitcoins pump higher or dump lower. My point is as long as you can hold it and you have some money to use you better save your bitcoins in the future. 
Depends on you. If you are still yearning for mor profit then I think that you remain holding your bitcoin. Personally, I believe that it will grow by 2018. The dump was just caused by some forks. Bitcoin has so much potential and despite of its volatility, offers a good deal of cash.
I believe so.We may encounter some financial problems sometimes but i think this is not yet the right time to sell bitcoins.There may be dumping with the price but i'm sure it will pump again in the next days.I always thought this could happen anytime due to its volatility but as a trader,i'm always strong and firm to keep on holding my bitcoins especially with situation like this.

I think this isn't right time for selling btc. Before segwit2 update rumor btc does same reaction. Until updates is cancelled, parabolic grow up in short time. On my opinion its worth for that

I dont think that it is a good idea to sell our bitcoin because eventhough the price or the value of bitcoin will dump very high, it will surely recover and when the value of bitcoin will recover i am sure that it will rise very high and bitcoin will surprise as with the price of it next year. 
Absolutely not to sell your money now especially with the fact that bitcoin has not yet had the duration of correction so the value is still increasing. Really it's a big mistake if someone sells his bitcoin now, how he resonate and how he think to make such a decision. Finally, I am addressing to all the people of this forum, try always to hold your bitcoin the maximum and never to sell them in any circumstances and under any problem.
There is still a lot of room for bitcoin to grow in some years to come and we will see some level of magnificent increase.It cannot happen overnight for sure as there would still be some crazy moments in between but we should always remember that the tough guys last like the ones who have been holding for a very long time now. No one can force anyone on what to do, but whoever is looking at the high top, should know better.

I would probably say yes. Bitcoin's price has grown really far from it's usual price before. Now, we see the highest points of how far bitcoin can go, then I would definitely suggest to grab this opportunity and seize the moment because it is one of the most expensive cryptocurrencies out there. We can always buy again when it becomes cheaper anyways.
It is natural by its value to be flactuated because it was mean being made of the creator to be like this, but this time there's abnormality that could be happen because nowadays bitcoin is very volatile which breaking the speculated price worth $20,000 and now it is heading into $21,000. If you just determine the previous years where the price of it just maintaining adding the value $1,000 to $2,000 by the year end and now it's rapidly increasing it's value which if you compare the past years that almost 5x bigger far from it's usual price before.
So I agree with you that it is the right time sell it which still remaining keep on rising it's value because we might know what will be the destiny of bitcoin this coming year 2018, perhaps it will be drop or up. So much to be secure because if ever it will continue to rise you've still get on profit on this.

I do not think I should sell bitcoin at this time because of bitcoin dump price aggressively. Bitcoin prices may fall below $ 10,000, so it is not advisable to sell it at a low price.

Yes, it was, but not for now because the bitcoin price is trying to recover from the recent market correction. i see no reason for selling now. hero member

For me it is the right to buy bitcoin in just a month the bitcoin has big improvement. From march that hundred dollars to almost $20k this december we can say that it is very good investment, since we did not predict what will happen in the future but be smart in our money, don't put the egg in one basket and make another source of income.
Having said that, we can expect a great increase of demand which will reflect to the price, it will continue to increase so if we hold we will be profitable.
and if we believe that we can hold for more to expecting the price increase more, we can make a lot of money. in this case, we are trying to be patient to hold bitcoin because we don't want to make a small profit. and like you said, many people now invest their money in bitcoin because they now read from many sources that they can make their money double for a long term investment but these only works are we have the patient to wait.

Of course no. It just has recovered a bit. you should wait until it reaches to at least $30k in 2018. Keeping calm and waiting are one of the most important skill in trading

this is not the right time because it's cheap so take advantage of the opportunity when the cheap price to buy as much bitcoin as you can because january bitcoin will also experience hardfork again.
Bitcoin is already trying to show sign of trying to break the previous resistance, so the best thing to do right now is to use the opportunity one has to get the best value or wait until there is a clear breakout.
There is no need to rush into buying or exiting, it is best to just wait for the right position to do that and from the present angle, exiting would have been better at first when we hit the $19800 and not now that bitcoin is trying to make a move up.

Seriously asking this is not good thing because its your internal decision and the choice lies with you because you have to anlyze your current situation that whether you have made enough of amount in btc that you are satisfied or not.If was in your place i would hodl because whatever negativity surrounds related to its growth i know it will prove them wrong and reach new landmarks.Rest your choice.
I don't think is the right time to sell because bitcoin is currently recovering from the recent correction so why sell now instead try to invest money into bitcoin for more profits.
