I am not sure about the majority of people knows something about Bitcoin. But there is so many people today recognize Bitcoin and have some information about it. People are getting more informed day by day.

I think at least everyone has heard about bitcoin. But unfortunately most people recognize bitcoin as something negative,

I think the majority of educational people has heard about bitcoin, but problem is most of the time is promoting as a way to money not as a solution to a real problem. That's the reason why most crypto people are at the space just for money in first place and the funny thing, they want other people to join in order to bring more money to the space so the price can moon and they become rich by selling their bitcoin at high price to those newcomers. Because the focus is on making money, Some outsiders see bitcoin as a scam and bubble that will have a sad ending.

I think the majority of people have heard about Bitcoin somewhere at least once. There are advertisements, news etc. about Bitcoin. It seems hard to me that most of the people didn't even hear about it.

I think it will be safer to say "heard about Bitcoin" than "read about Bitcoin" The truth is that people hardly read. Even now, not many will read the OP before responding. Sometimes, I don't even blame those who say they don't understand jack about Bitcoin. It's really technical stuff. The technicalities of Bitcoin perplexes me too.

I was shocked to learn that most people do NOT know it. The author of the Bitcoinist news resource went to the most progressive countries in the world in terms of using Bitcoin, with the exception of Malta and Switzerland, to find out what the inhabitants of the country know about the main cryptocurrency. The result was unexpected - over 99% people around the world do not know anything about BTC.

i ever ask to my neighbour about bitcoin and some of them have no idea, but the other know about bitcoin but its not bitcoin, its trading. they said that its like gamble, you just play your luck on internet. and i ever explain to someone and he like dont believe with what i said.

Definitely, our technology is advancing and nowadays people use smartphones to watch videos, and surf the internet and with many bitcoin enthusiast using social media to increase awareness with bitcoin, it is possible that it will reach to millions of people who haven’t known bitcoin. Social media now is like part of every people lives that is why I strongly believe that in the span of 10 years majority of the people will know bitcoin and probably invest in bitcoin as well.

I think the majority already knew about bitcoins existence they just don't bother to pay time to dig into its information and what really it is. The number of social media users we have nowadays are millions and that is the main medium where bitcoins news are circulated, plus some news that got broadcasted about bitcoin im sure millions of people already have heard of bitcoin.

Do you have a scrape data regarding this? I'm not sure if there are only 10% total of people who are aware of the existence of bitcoin. But from my own point of view even if all the people heard what bitcoin is and how you can earn through it. Maybe most of them won't believe it because they always think that it is a kind of scam. But it's a good thing for those people who trust and starting to invest in bitcoin so they can really assure to earn big if they will be patient.

No, there are currently 7.53billion people on earth. even with bitcoin's popularity today I doubt majority of people have heard/read
of bitcoin. even in developed countries I doubt majority of people there have heard/read of bitcoin. but it's okay if only a fraction of the
total population knows about bitcoin it is still a lot, bitcoin will continue to grow as long as the community continue supporting it.

I think Yes,majority of the people heard already about bitcoin because of different social media network that always news about cryptocurrency daily even in a remote areas. But mass adoption is not yet enough. Still many people doesn't know how to use bitcoin specially those in late stage(old man) who didn't know how to use gadgets like cellphone,computer and etc...

There are so many out there which has no connection to digital world. Some of them has but not interested and reach Crypto yet

Not yet the majority. I think less than half of the world's population have heard or read or come across Bitcoin. Bitcoin may sound very popular to us and to those people who are living in more or less modern countries even if underdeveloped but it is because we have access to television and the internet and other electronic technologies. Other who don't have access to those modern equipment cannot encounter Bitcoin easily.
