I am not a neo holder and follower of information about neo, if you have faith in NEO there is nothing wrong if you invest, but if I may I suggest investing in coins that are more rapidly developing, lots of new coins are good and but a little more careful with new coins because new coins a lot of memes and hype coins

The is a new NEO coming like the Vechain which is actaully acting like how NEO works although it's cheap right now its development is coming. NEO is still a good project to invest in if you want passive income but you will need a good amount of money to really earn a lot from it.
NEO is a high-value token now but it was once less than $1 too back in 2017. It would also take years for VET to achieve what NEO had.
In my opinion if you're picking an old coin and anytime should become the best time to buy NEO. The only problem is if this coin lack of adoption right now. There's no defi on NEO and so many developers on NEO were also moving to the BSC or even back to the ethereum as the impact from the problem that faced by NEO against china's regulation. The bearish time must be the best time to buy in NEO but i just try to remind you again if you're dealing with outdated coin like neo.The hype for this coin already ended since a few years ago. people didn't even use this blockchain anymore to did various development like create another defi, swap, or even NFT platform. I have sold all of my NEO at ATH and i will never comeback again to buy this coin. You have better choice like solana or polygon.

To be honest, Investors should not really be asking such questions about coins/projects, if you actually believe it's the perfect time to buy Neo, we should take it to mean you have done your research about the project and come to the conclusion that buying neo is great atm, thus there is no need to ask for the opinion of others. The thing is, the coin might have been around in the market for a pretty long time, but can still be a bad choice, but it's all in your hands, just do your own research and make sure you choose coins that are long term projects and you believe in their network.

I don't see any reason to buy Neo when there are so many good projects recently. Neo had a lot of hype four years ago in 2017 but since then it has failed to deliver anything noticeable.

Yeah NEO is a dead project. I am quite surprised how they are still being traded in such a high price while they have provided in last whole decade is false promises. And with it's largest investors being inside of China, with the Chinese ban, it ought to have larger effect. If you are willing to buy NEO, I'd recommend it to fall below $20 before bagging some for you.

It is a good project but I often see progress on their project eversince. Problem here is there are lots of new players with lots of potential. There are avalanche, solana and fantom. These three are fighting for the best smart contract platform that rivals ethereum. Also these platforms are almost there to make such a huge traction on nft while neo still left behind so I dont think they can easily outrun those new players easily even though they are a pioneer project.

Right really sure about it, of course, we don't know what the future brings, maybe it will have a good price. But there are a lot of competitions already and it seems that NEO wasn't able to keep up with the trend. They are one of those who are supposedly the killer Ethereum coin, but so far it didn't do anything good as others have taken the torch, BSC, ADA, and others. So invest wisely and be smart, just saying.

it's up to you mate, if you see there's a potential to increase the value in the future then go ahead, if not and you're just riding what others saying, better to stay away on it because nowadays that's the common reason why some people lose money due to some fake information around the internet.. Must make your own research instead to assure you're picking a good project. it is a big advantage to have such way to be honest..

I think it's not a matter of the right time or not, but how do you have the right strategy for your decision to buy neo at current price, I mean, the main target is profit so have to buy cheap and sell high, at the current price it is still possible for the price to go up, especially ATH neo based on the USD it happened a few years ago, but how long as an investors have to wait for it to happen is the question, and if it takes a long whether can be patient enough to hold it longer. 
I am not sure about Neo but if you believe that coin can increase in the future, you can buy it now as the price is still at a low price.

If I remember it right, this was labeled as the Chinese Ethereum. Most cryptos have dumped and you should have bought it when you've seen it dumped.
