If everyone could agree when markets are oversold, everyone would buy. You may hear investing analysts on financial shows say the market is "oversold" and get the idea that it's time to buy stocks. After all, an "oversold" condition implies that investors think the market is down further than it should be. But I think it will bounce back

I believe in the occurence of bear market and also bull run market. Now its just that the altcoins are bouncing back ita price from the bearish market. Fluctuation is a normal market activity, so altcoins prices bounces somehow.

Well based on my own opinion and technical analysis bitcoin is still in the bearish stage we saw a little increased in the past few days above $4000 but right now the action of bitcoin is in the downtrend.

If we are looking on market cap value, market slightly bullish. After drop below $100billions on market cap value, right now at $140billion. Its good start for bullish momentum and i think we will see bull run in next several months.

So, if the people aren't optimistic enough about the bull run how will the price kick up then? That means the sell will definitely continue. And intermittently could have retracement here and there.

I have the same thoughts. The altcoins’ prices seems to be stable atm and the correction has done almost 90% decline for the top 20 altcoins. Personally, I think altcoins’ prices are at the bottom.

You might say that overall market is oversold and a price recovery should come in near future.

However, don't forget that after all unsuccessful ICOs from last year, market is flooded with weak projects that might never recover, not even when bull run will come.

Maybe you are right, but majority would think it's the opposite.
Market now is undervalued because it was oversold, BTC with its development in the market should value higher than the current price.
