First of all, I don't think this logic is correct. Not all oversold will lead to a rebound. This is related to market trends. If the cryptocurrency market bull market, then this is the truth. But if the cryptocurrency is a bear market, this may make you lose a lot.
Most of the Altcoins have lost their major part of the value due to selling and the trend is continue perhaps it is since long for over 10to 11 months . I personally feel that it is a very long period and the market is oversold now and there are chances of recovery in the days to come . Do you agree?
Of course, sales in the market are very much hitting prices, but perhaps this is how you can see the development of certain coins without much analysis. So for example, all the problems of the ether were bared, except for this, the prospect of neo development was lost. In general, it was useful for me personally. 
Why you think that it's not doable? i feel it's terribly possible if crypto will survive through all its milestone folks can slowly see the worth in it and begin to speculate in it. it's all a matter of your time. we've to attend for the bear trend to totally get away. I don't see a reason why it cannot get there once more as a result of what has been done before is simple to be done.
Today the market has shown signs of recovery, most of the coins have turned green, but I still doubt the arrival of the bull market, I think it is more likely to last only a few days, then the market will once again fall into a bear market.
It is really very long that the crypto value has been destroyed and not yet seen to rise. But seeing the trend per year from the crypro market, I am still optimistic that I will recover sometime later
In my view, the market is in a normal condition, now it is undergoing a cycle and this is normal in the crypto world, and certainly conditions like this will rise again, only we cannot predict the market revival, it is still wise to react
Many of the cryptocurrencies and tokens are already oversold but it doesn't mean their price will going up soon because itis still up to the investors and current market demands. Some well known coins like ripple, xlm and dash can go up even bitcoin ig going down so it is not to focus your investment on single but also on the other coins also. Bitcoin can also go up along with that coins but for short uptrend.
Yes it has reached the oversold region but the problem is, will it bounce back? Many asset can reach the oversold region but refuses to retrace
I think we are waiting for lateral movement. Which will last 1.5 or 2 years.

the market rose up quickly I think not. that just happened is a small pump that can deliver results but can also trap. about bull run or rise to the recovery as a whole I don't think it will be realized quickly in the conditions like today. so don't be easy for interested in green for a moment.
Key indicators suggest the market is over sold there is no doubt about that but a recovery isn't likely to happen over night as lots of confidence in cryptocurrencies has been lost and it will take some time to restore it as more reliable investment products become available

Some coins cannot be oversold as they're such trash they shouldn't have value in the first place. LTC and IOTA come to mind.But the rest of the top 20 are pretty oversold IMO. We'll see a reversal at some point

I my own opinion, i think the market is waiting for the outcome of Bakkt by next year, perhaps early next year, but the market might start rising before the year ends.

If it's not already the bottom, where it is then? I'm not saying that all the altcoins will go up from their today's value, but dozens of them will surely do. You see, the fact is that people weren't abandoning crytpo this year. On the contrary, the adoption of crypto currencies has risen two times during 2018 and the effect should come out sooner or later. If it weren't whales selling their coins by dozens of thousands per day we would already witness the rising. Mark my words, we'll see the rising in less than two months from now, because their resources are not limitless.
I agree there will be upturn as the whales undeniably have limitless resources,but it is uncertain when they will pump in their money in the market again.
It will depends on every crypto in the market, I think it's not oversold yet because the market is still continue decreasing everyday and in the past months I've expect that this month will be the bounce back but it's not.

Varies from coin to coin.Some are lucky to even exist as they are complete garbage.
Others are oversold just because the entire market is pessimistic.
I think the top 10 coins will all be worth more a year from now, but many cheap alts will simply disappear
