We cannot actually say it wouldn't be or it would because it is too early to say that. But as of this moment, we can see that crypto currency is doing its best to recover from the dip to maintain its stability in the market. We just have to think positive so that before the year ends everything will be okay.
This year will be a tough year for ICO. There are too many false items in the ICO project, which hurts investors' enthusiasm for investment.

One can only guess. It depends on many factors. There is a desire that there would be less scam. But little depends on our desires. More depends on the ICO themselves. If they are able to realize their potential, the market situation will promote growth and no one will interfere with them, then everything will be in order.

We can say that we have no reason to believe that the ICO market this year will fall quantitatively or qualitatively. This year, a lot of ICO projects have appeared, so this market will continue to develop. Most likely, this year many states will introduce regulation of ICO projects and frauds in them will dramatically decrease. This will have a very positive impact on the entire ICO process, their popularity will increase dramatically.

THe numbers of ICO's are growing rapidly as well as the fake ICO's, we must take the prerogative to carefully select the good ICO project to engage, though there are so many occasion that we can't easily determine the right one, still believe and do a research about the project.
Now people have lost their trust in ICO, since they have become very large and they started to steal the money of people who have invested in them, so I think now very little ICO is successful.
Now the market is moving up, so I think now is good time for all ICOs. We will see a lot scams project, but the reason is hype around all cryptocurrency. I think this year - our year 
Mmm interesting question... I dont think so, nowadays its more easier to perform ICO campaign for different project, as we can see not so many restrictions in different countries all over the world, but its might be worse, no one knows
I think that it is neither good and bad for ICOs for this year. I mean, what could go wrong right now? Well, the market is very much unhealthy these days so I think this would be the actual problem of all ICOs. Overall I think ICOs are great these year, they never gets old.
There are a lot of good ICOs, but I prefer ICO Vireo. In my opinion, this project is the most promising ICO in 2018 and I can trust it!
Sincerely speaking I don't know whether to call it bad or good year for ICO yet but there are lots of up and down in the market but the year as not come to an end yet, so it's not good to conclude yet I will wait till the end of the year before deciding

Even though some ICO's are reported of being failed but it is not the reason that it will lost our trust into crypto. We just be positive, instead of having worries of the possible losing from them. It could only add uncertainty to the community if we think on the opposite side. 
So far it does not look like a bad year as a lot of icos have come and gone and even more are coming out. If it wasn't a good year for icos then we would be seeing a decrease in the number of icos that are being created and pushed into the market. 2018 is a good year for cryptos regardless of the bear market and all of that, prices are still very high and people are still making money.
The time is really great for ICO to start. Currently the price of cryptos are low. By the time the ICO collects money, the price would soar and hence provide large bonus for ICO at the time of cashout. Increasing it's profitability which in return increasing the profit of investors.

I believe this year is gonna turn out an unprecedented success in the history of Icos ever before. Despite the year starting on a very slow tempo, we are gonna see such a great success which we have never seen before.
