I believe that the bearish trend in the cryptocurrency market does not contribute to the emergence of new and promising ICO projects. And until the trend changes to bullish, we will not see the qualitative and quantitative growth of ICO projects.
for me yes because many ico have not gone through and many have not succeeded in their goals. Mostly ico is also a scam and many are true and very profitable but hard to invest in today due to the low prices of tokens or coins.

It is impossible to qualitatively evaluate many projects at once, here they need a huge team of analysts, which they clearly do not have.

Well, things might look bad for some ICOs now, but it will definitely get better by the time the market recovers. The bear is a major problem at this time for so many ICOs. Even some of those that appear to be good are trading below ICO price, but that does not mean some are not trading above. Whoever wants to invest now, has his/her own plans or strategy of recovering his profit despite all.
this year was one of the worst years maybe i mean for ico s and i don t know if i have any hope for the growth of its prices because they are really in a bad condition.
No....this year isn't bad for ico's at all considering the amount of money raised through ico's in 2018 which has already surpassed that of 2017 and the year is still counting.
But I think ico's are becoming too many thus, their activities should be controllable, am just hoping that the idea of DAICO will yield a positive result on ico's.

Due to which growth explain. Smart developers will not enter the market in such a difficult situation, realizing that they will not even collect a soft cap to continue, and scammers will prepare traps.
As we have seen this year, the ICO is going through hard times. And this applies to both payments and the fact that there are a lot of scams and just useless ICOS. And among all this, we have to choose a really good company.
It's not a completely bad year for the ICO's but if you compared a previous year with this one then definitely the previous year was the finest or profitable year for the ICO's. The previous year was good, because of the price of the market, which has touched to an all-time high. That's why last years was good for ICO's.
In 2018, ICO is not too bad as many people say. I can still participate in several ICO projects and they can succeed and give me prizes. And many new projects have sprung up so that they increase competitiveness. Your prediction is very accurate. In fact, ICO has declined. This is not because ICO is not a good investment method, but because there are too many scammers here. The ICO project team sold the Ethereum collectively to prove that ICO is losing market.

It apeeared to be not a good year for ICOs and as well to cryptos. The majority of cryptos are on downtrend which affects the ICOs resulting to majority of ICO failure and if not, the market value of the tokens are falling way lower than the ico price which disappoints the investors most of the time this year. As such it is not surprising to know that many investosrs have taken a break to invest on projects due to the complicated market behavior.
This year was very unfortunate for the ICO industry. It seems to me that most investors are disappointed with ICO. I believe that 2019 will bring profit.
This year is really not suitable for ICOs. Most of the ICOs are failing due to lack of investors. Investors are in fear to invest at this moment. This situation will be changed in few months, that means we can say 2019 is now going to Crypto Year.

Since this year is coming to an end, we can already say that it was just awful for ICO projects and for bounty hunters. This year, ICO projects were moving very hard, many even good ICO projects did not raise even the minimum amount of funds. Also because of this, the work of bounty hunters was largely wasted, even if the ICO projects ended successfully, they did not bring tangible profits.
