I agree with the others, seems likely we aren't alone. Universe is just so big, we have no idea what, or who is out there!
Human beings are occupied in only on earth. If there were other human beings at different planet or anywhere hidden on earth, by this time we would have known. But other aliens or entities might be available somewhere in the universe.

It is very unlikely that we are alone in the universe. It is so difficult even to be alone on this planet, wherever you go there are crowds of people around you and a lot of noise. I guess in the rest on the universe it cannot be much better, perhaps it is even worse. Too many aliens. Crowds of them. And noise. Everywhere. WTF.
I highly doubt that we are alone in this universe. There is so much that we as humans still don't know and understand, so to think that something else doesn't exist kind of limits you... just my opinion of course.
