I use to do arbitrage but it seem not worth doing if you only have few btc. Bitfinex, BTC-E and polo have a good difference of prices. Its just the buy orders that is to consider. Or maybe I don't know how to do it but it because its just me thinking like I have the most brilliant plan but then failed in the end.
In current days it's not really worth it anymore with the price sitting at current levels, so you do have a point there.

In case of a $100 difference, you need to put $5400 on the table to buy 2BTC on one exchange, move these coins to the other, and then sell them there. In the meantime you must hope that the difference remains +-$100.

After that you need to cash out the fiat, and have it sent back to your initial exchange. It's too much work for a tiny reward. Especially when you consider that the price can sink down with 10% easily in a matter of hours.

Yes I do trades to many exchanges but right now maximum to five only. For the reasons that Poloniex coins are limited, sometimes Bittrex also do not have those coins and sometimes other exchanges have better volume.

Yes i do. I trade at multiple exchanges to find a good price that i want, because the volume of every exchanges is different and the price too. That's why i trade on multiple exchanges, some exchanger also have some benefit. Like someone always dump a coin on different time and the other exchange don't have like that.

Wow good observation of specific time for dumping.

Which exchanges behave like this?

Most of the time there difference of price exists so do you withdraw bitcoins from one exchange and sell at higher rate exchange?

This is arbitrage, I don't often arb where as most of the wallets are in maintenance. But if there is a chance i will, but it has to have big spread. When wallets are good to transfer i usually buy and transfer small amount just to see if transferring coins from another exchange is fast.

Well if you are trading with unknown exchange nor problematic ones surely you will get compromised for your arbitrage style of trading but if you select the bittrex,c-cex and liqui well im little bit sure that losses from doing this is so less, And you should do some little search first before doing that since their where times that wallet addy of certain coins have upgraded or need to be updated by their own devs thats why you can see them at maintenance state.

sometimes you can find arb spots but its really not worth it to trade on multiple exchanges just for that reason. You should be trading on multiple exchanges because only some exchanges have certain coins. That way if you like a certain coin you will basically have access to all whereas if you trade only on say bittrex its about 200 coins not the 750 coins in circulation.

Well, it is on every exchanger sometimes there is a difference in price. But it's all actually isn't something profit, because the difference is only different very thin and short. So when you are tempted to do it, I'm sure it's just a throw away a lot of time for you. So, it is better to focus on one point and then lined up on the right. Because if we use the trading with either already ascertained on the right will benefit

That is possible but the opportunity to do arbitrage trading is limited, you will need to have accounts in different exchanges and then sell in them, withdraw your money to fiat and then buy even more bitcoin, this is not as easy to do as you may think in the beginning.

There is a lot of exchanger for us to used on but I don't think that trying a multiple exchanger will help us to earn. For me it is better to focus on just one or two exchanger when it come to trading. Because I in trading there is always a risk so when you do multiple trading in a multiple exchanger you just multiply the risk on every trading you hold. For me the bet way to manage your trading is to focus and to have a specific trading method so you will manage your trading with ease.

I don't think it is much possible to maintain the multiple trading account in multiple exchanges. If have people along with you to maintain it all. You can do that. Profit is more possible in multiple exchange trading you can find more people would comes to you and sell out their coins.

Yes, it definitely is good being a professional trader one should not stick to a single exchange. If anything wrong happens to an exchange you will be having the option to go from the other. Also when you are managing a portfolio of different coins then you are required to go for the arbitrage. This is quite easy and swift for the traders.

In my case, I like to only use single exchanges for specific single coin. For example, ETH must only be done within a single exchange and no active funds on other, XRP must only done on Bittrex and in such case that a certain coin is not present on other exchange then I will used other.

Im trading at multiple exchanges but not that specific coin should be divided on multiple exchanges. I found it more hassle and I preferred that all funds to a certain coin must full force so that everytime I do buy and sell, the amount involved is the maximum.

Yes, I do trade on multiple exchanges, and it is a good thing. Poloniex, Bittrex, HitBTC, alcurex, Cryptopia, NovaExchange, BTC38, bx.in.th and finally YoBit (only for arbitrage opportunities). This gives me enough experience to deal with trading situations, as well as, knowing how to trade on mostly any exchange. Some gives the best experience, others are just...

Some times yes if needed to buy in other sites but most of the time I only trade in bittrex many exchange is good only for arbitrage but I'm not doing it so I don't see any reason for using multiple exchange.

Yes I trade at multiple exchanges. First I started using kraken but lately they are really slow with getting money on my account. So I also tried a local Bitcoin exchange that has a bit higher prices but that worked fine so far. I mainly used the local exchange to buy bitcoin to transfer to my bittrex account to buy alts.

Yes I am using multiple or different exchange site to trade in.
I do believed that true traders is not using one exchange platform.
Because the more you scattered your coins is also the profit will spreadout too.
Yes exactly the true traders who are holding a portfolio will not be using a single exchange and honestly speaking a single exchange can neither fulfil your needs and demands of your portfolio especially when you have a heavy and huge portfolio.

I personally use multiple exchanges for the reason that I have invested in more than 20 coins at the moment and a single exchange cannot meet my requirements.
