Yes ! I usually trade my shitcoins because i don't want to have many holdings of shitcoins. But when i sell it , i buy veteran coins to be trade. Veteran coins are godd in trading because you can ensure that your coins will increase it's value.
If the shitcoins has some potential I usually buy and if pumping occurs Its the best time to dump it for profit of course theres no reason for holding shitcoins for a long time.
That's completely like gambling, I don't view shitcoins as anything that has a potential and I believe it's going to be a big risk when I buy it. When I was new I trade shit coins but my experience tells me that I should only focus on a coin that has a good potential so that when I buy at a high price I can still hold it and wait until I can sell for a profit.
Sometimes I trade a shitcoins which a very risks thing to do with. Shitcoins maybe profitable if you know how to play your day trading. But, much better if get rid of this shitcoins altcoin because you may loss some bitcoin.
yeah Shit coin is really very risky i lost my money many time by shit coin then i never go for shit coin now i just trade bitcoin which profitable and easy and i feel very secure with bitcoin and bitcoin trading give good incomes. your issue is not because you traded shitcoins but it is because of your bad timing.
the shitcoins also get pumped and dumped, you just have to find when and enter as fast as possible and hen exit just as fast.
for example there was this shitcoin called MoonCoin or Moon for short. it was worth less than 1 Satoshi (about 0.1-0.08 satoshi if i am not mistaken) and earlier this year it was pumped hard up to 5 satoshis and that is nearly 5000% profit with a large enough volume to make a lot of profit out of it.
i caught it mid way up and made some small profit from it because i didn't have much on the exchanges which listed it.

If you have huge capital it is good to invest in shit coin you can pump its value and get good amount of profit, but if you have few capital much better to do safe trading just buy trusted coin to make sure your capital will not loose and generate good income. Me i do not ever invest in shit coin i do not want to risk my money in coins has no possibility to increase its value i always do trading in bitcoin/eth/fiat it can make my income faster buy just closed monitoring of its value.
Right now, i am not trading shit coins but definitely will trade it when i learn how to trade well. I want to try some coins if i am able to do it in the future.

.Usually I bought those coins by amount 0.01 of btc and then hold for the 1-2 weeks and with small.increase in the price is sell them with 10-20 Satoshi more rate ( easily profit into big % by 10-20) .
Here my favourite coins which are not much famous but are more profitable posw , Putin , creva , xvg , blry , trump , Pak , pxi , tam , TMRW , pxL , reddcoin , regal and many more also .
These are those coins which are listed at another exchange also and at different different exchange have different different price , so sometimes more better to have trading from exchange to exchange.

If you ask me, then i would suggest you not to trade with shitcoins. Because, it has a great risk to trade with this coin. Altcoins are the best to choose as trading.

I try to only trade to old well know coins that are reliable. I must say I've invested 0.001BTC into ripple, I don't know if ripple classifies as a shitcoin. But I don't trust it 100% and I only wanted to gain some percentage off it.
I've spent some money on shitcoins a couple of years ago, but I quickly learned that it's just going to end in losses.
Now I only invest in established coins and very rarely in new coins that have interesting ideas or functionality.
