Bitcoin is really a currency indeed, we get paid from services we've done. And at the same time we treat this as investment because we know that we can make money and profit from it. There's a lot of options now where and how we can spend our coins just like through mobile recharge.
You can actually buy literally anything with bitcoin, and that's the best proof of bitcoin as a currency. As for investment, the value of bitcoin either goes up and down just like what stocks are. Still, in my experience for current scenarios, it must be wise to use bitcoin as investment rather than currency.

Mostly i am using bitcoin as currency, cause using bitcoin as investment is very hard for newbies, scammers and other stuff can be a problem. Using bitcoin as currency is pretty easy.
I'm totally agree with you. I live the same way. I'm also newbie and stay away from different sites about bitcoin, cause I am afraid it can appear as some scam.

We use Bitcoin as a currency. We received them from our clients and then spend them when ever we need them just as a currency.
We don't keep them as investment.

I agree that Bitcoin is indeed a currency, there are lots of item that can be bought by Bitcoin.  There are even some online store that is Bitcoin exclusive as mode of payment.  I you have one you already holding a currency and an investment because of it volatility that might get you a profit after someday.

Young but I'm not that bold
I use it as both a currency and an investment. because I receive payment online in bitcoin and I profit from the price rising. bitcoin is meant to be a currency. but because it is so cheap now, once it gets viral its price will rise a lot

At this point it's more an investment/store of wealth tool for me. From time to time I do spend my coins on things like extending or buying hosting packages etc. I wish there were more local places where I could spend some coins. That's what I am waiting for.

i am using bitcoins not for the currency because that is not the most profitable thing to use them for. i am using bitcoins for investments because the
Unstable value makes investments allot better and of course you need to make good investments to make allot of profit.
yeah I think about most people using bitcoin bitcoin users as methods for their profits from investments bitcoin
few people do spend with bitcoin, its fact

I mostly use my Bitcoins as both an investment and as cash, but mostly I get paid in bitcoin and usually sell my bitcoin straight away. When the price of Bitcoin is rising however, i prefer to hold onto my bitcoin and sell when the price is high. When it peaks, I sell and end up with a bit of money.
i dont do any of that to be honest because i doubt that selling your bitcoins at the moment is such a good thing to be honest because you cant make any good profit

i use bitcoins mostly as an investment option at the moment because i think that there are not enough shops to use it just as a regular currency to be honest

Currency for the win!Investing could be a pain in the ass sometimes.Buying whatever goods i cant buy with my real life salary

Well for me bitcoin can be use both. For currency as you can buy to those online merchants that accepts bitcoin for payment.
And also a good for investment as you can invest into trading of alt coins.
Same. I use bitcoin for both currency and investment. But it's always 20% currency and 80% investment. I get a somehow-stable income of bitcoins every month and I usually divide it that way with two separate wallets used for investment and the other for spending.
you are a lucky person. i use it only for investment. actually we have not a single shop here in our area where we can use it as currency. actually i have no idea how to use bitcoin in online market. if some one please send me the procedure and send me the address of the online shopes.
