I treat the bitcoin mostly as an investment as I hold most of the coins. I also use it as a currency to buy things.

I use both, i use bitcoin as a currency when using it to buy steam games and items in steam. I do also have investment wherein it gives me payout of 0.005 bitcoin everyday. I will also sell my remaining Bitcoin once the price cap 700-800$. In this amount i will be getting a profit of 100$ each bitcoin that i will be able to sell.
Is your investment an hyip or ponzi scheme? If it is better pay it out while it is still early, or if not then that's a very big amount for your bitcoin's earning. Well when we talk about bitcoin, it's characteristic of being a currency will always be together with the use of it for investment.
why do you think he has invested in hyip or ponzi scheme? is it because of 0.005 bitcoin return?
i hope he explains what he has invested in but ponzi doesn't have a payment everyday it would be once and then they run away.
besides there are investments that you can make to earn that much. like mining with your own equipment or investing in trading altcoin.
you just have to look for a good one.

Me either, I'm also using it both, currency as it is a fact that bitcoin is an online currency and at the same time you can use it also for investing.
Like buying and selling of it, you can become an instant trader.
In this time I just use bitcoin as investment because I don't have enough bitcoin to buy something worthed, but if I have a hundred of bitcoin I would use it to buy something in online shop that use bitcoin to pay for.

yeah bitcoin have a great system for payment and profitable for investment. so do not be surprised if a lot of people using bitcoin to two things simultaneously? is it there people use bitcoin is not for those two things?

yeah it looks like you're using bitcoin as it should be. use and as an investment currency. bitcoin has two functions and if you use them like you're already comfortable using bitcoin. is it true?

but using as a currency comes with a lot of restrictions because if I want to buy something in particular most of the time I can't buy it from the original service or original seller and I have to go through a third party or use fiat through credit cards,... to be able to purchase directly.

Its been quite some time when I last use Bitcoin to purchase an item online,one reason is its continous rise against Dollar thats why whenever I plan to purchase anything online I think twice before hitting the cart button. I think for now see Bitcoin as an investment since I am still holding it and plan to sell it at a range that set to my self.

To me, both. I believe that bitcoin can be a really good short term investment or a long term investment. However, no one can tell where anything is headed to so it's just my opinion.
I also spend my bitcoins actively, so it certainly can be a functional currency as well.

Well, I use BTC as a currency AND as an investment. I use it to pay my bills and top up my phone especially in emergency situations. I also use this as an investment because I believe that the value of it will increase much further in the coming months. This will provide some profit from my hard-earned money. Having this kind of currency is very useful nowadays.
I use bitcoin for both. by doing two jobs, I believe I can make more money. make purchases in any transactions with bitcoin is a wonderful thing.
For me i use bitcoin as physical and online currency.I use bitcoins online to pay bills online like electricity bills and internet bills too.I use bitcoins too to send money to my relatives specially to my mother who is away from us.I also use bitcoins as investment because i put some money on it when i have spare money
