Diversification is generally a very useful process, if you understand it correctly and can diversify or reduce your risks, because in this way people try to avoid big losses, so for an investor or for a trader this is a very useful thing.
Everyone should understand that because we are in a risky world of investment if we are here to expect some profit.
It's one of the golden rule in investing because it will help us minimize the risk, let's not invest like we are gambling where we are solely in reliance with our luck because it will not bring positive result.
It would be great if everyone obeyed these simple rules. It seems to me that it is simply impossible for us not to invest as small children, because in most cases private investors today are mostly new market participants.

Of course yes. Diversification is necessary and important. You can not keep all the eggs in one basket.

The risk of investing in one and losing is very great.
I choose at least 10 coins and only after that I invest. If I see that the team is trying to buy more coins.

Of course. In such a volatile and unpredictable market it isn't possible otherwise.

The advantage of diversification is that your loss are mitigated.
And yes I use it in order to save myself the pain of  having to loose my funds unnecessary..
It is a good investment strategy that investors should apply always.

For example, you have some altcoin (in my case it's Metaverse ETP) and you expect it to grow. But in a weak market, this altcoin behaves like bull and you have the opportunity now to sell it and buy an asset that looks weak in the market (for example Qash, Tierion, Nem, Odyssey or Republic Protocol) in order to get the greatest possible profit. Or leave a strong asset and wait for its further growth. What do you think about this?
Of course, I use all the advantages in order to reduce my own losses and protect against fraudsters. This market is like an obstacle course, where each step must be thought through before it can be understood what it may mean.

Any coins all have four periods : accumulation, bull run and parabola, profit, Bear Market. So , if you determine that this coin are in the profit period, should sell and buy which coins are in downtrend or accumulation to earn the best profit

Diversification is like the general rule you have to apply in any kind of investment to minimize the risk. I would lose all of my capital in crypto investment if i didn't diversify my portfolio. I remember when i had big lost in btx investment last year but fortunately my other holds(nano & trx) performed really well.

I think you come across the rules of investing that you can not store all the eggs in one basket you need to take a lot of baskets and put there , and in investing do not take one coin take a few and invest and wait for the profit of one of them.
but you should not buy too many coins. It is enough to have 15-20 tools. for someone even 10 is enough

If I am sure that the coin (for example, in a year) will grow x 100, then I do not sell it (even if it is possible to sell at a good price). Ethereum, can grow x 100.
How can you be sure that some kind of coin will grow x100 in a year? You can not be guided by such "confidence", it will not lead to anything good for you. Of course, many of us believe in crypto currencies and suggest that their price will rise, but this should not confuse you. Yes, you can allocate part of the eth for hold for a long term, but don't forget about the diversification and hedging of risks.
Invest in other currencies as well, and don't forget to constantly trade for profit from your coins that you already have.

Yeah, and it that what CoinBundle is about: buying diversification.
Instead of choosing in which coin to invest, it reunites the top 20 stable coins to invest on bundles.

Yep I usually spare some "strong coins" as you said for the "weak" ones which I trust and which are supposed to be rising in the future. Let it be XRP, NEM, MGO, TRX, whatever it's better to spend a few $ for cheaper currencies. That might increase your income dramatically.

Of course I use diversification, because it is the most important rule at this market, especially during these bear market conditions.

You must remember, that on this forum we only share their opinion, not give expert assessment of, but on my view now goes pump coin and you can sell 50% and wait, when will end growth. After that, the price will surely drop a lot and you will be able to buy more coins and wait for the bull market.

In my opinion you should take profits and sell half of the coins. You leave half of the coins to hold until the bull market comes and the other half is invested in new promising coins. Maybe what's going on with your coin now is a pump and you should take advantage of this situation.

Diversification is the key to financial success. This minimizes the risks and therefore losses, which in turn will lead to an increase in profits. After all, you can be called rich only if you earn more than you spend.

Of course, besides applying investment with diversification, I also joined many ICO programs in turn. That way I have many places that make money with various types and quality of tokens. Will feel safer if you implement a diversified system. If something bad happens to the development of one coin, then I still have other coins that can make money.
