its more lack of opportunity than people actively avoiding using btc. while it does pay to hold (not at the moment LOL). it would seem that the average sig camp participant comes from a depressed economy; you would think that money coming into a household in a situation like that would be used to pay some bills, or something else vital. anyone holding bitcoin that is earning it, has enough money to save. thats a vast minority of people nowadays no matter where you live. so attribute a weak economy to its true source, lack of liquidity (no merchants).

until merchants adopt, common folks dont really have to much of a reason to, as the main purpose of bitcoin is as a payment system, not a speculative store of value.

Sometimes I spend my bitcoins, whenever I need money for some emergency situation, or sometimes I spend it to purchase some gadgets online, then I'll just work again to recover what I've spent. But still waiting for it to go on a high a price is the best thing to do.

I use some for mining,some for investing & convert into cash for emergencies such as paying loan,tuition fees & daily need...I also help my parents in their financial problem through bitcoin...so I can't think my life without bitcoin

I gamble what i earn most of the time from campaigns and other bounties but whenever i tend to make profit from the gambling i send them right into my stock of bitcoins for the future and i think its working well for me.

I use bitcoin very often from two main markets and I buy most of what I want with BTC there is very few the I need fiat for. The things I need fiat for electricity and water. Taxes, work n the house or car. Food and drinks. (There is some food and drinks I can buy from the local market. Coffee and sweets and others are available I have not looked so there might be more) I pay the maid and the gardener in fiat as well. Almost everything else I buy with BTC. Most luxery items and entertainment or pc hardware can be bought with Bitcoin. I absolutely love it. ^^

Due to the current financial condition and the price of daily expenses of commodities and vegetable what ever I earn as bitcoin I immediately exchange it in local currency which directly credited through exchange companies to local bank account immediately. And I am using it for my necessary purposes.

Yes i always convert to our own money to buy daily needs in life like food then i do also trading here.I think bitcoin is so risky so i always cash out some of my bitcoin then do a little invest in trading here for sure money and for the safe of the money.I think a lot of user here is doing like mine because taking risky thing is not good its like gambling here but i also play some gambling here and its so much fun

Yes i do used my Bitcoin to withdraw in a particular ways like buying my childrens needs,payment for our monthly bills, and if we have an emergency and also i used Bitcoin when im doing trading

No, I don't spend my Bitcoin but not because I'm waiting for the price to go up, but because of high fees, long confirmation time and few stores accepting it in my home town.

I didn't used my Bitcoin because i will hold it for the future and besides Bitcoin have most potential in cryptocurrency so that i will never loose it.

I used my bitcoin for emergency purpose only like if our allowance are delayed then there is incoming payments like bills, loans then that is the time that i need to withdraw some of my bitcoin than sometimes im also buy children stuff in my bitcoin.

Actually, I usually trade my bitcoin and most of my bitcoin is for buying altcoin and after buying I prefer to hold. We all know that holding bitcoin or altcoin is one of the best way to earn income. I think I will save the half of my bitcoin and the rest will be traded.
