Do you live in the real world or do you waste your life on the internet?
I'm 50/50. Sometimes I don't use social media or internet except email and google maps maybe, like, for weeks but then some months I just sit on my ass on the internet.

I'm not addicted to internet for the whole day but i used it for school work purposes and it takes just a 1-3 hours because I'm still studying and I want to spend my time to my academic lessons. I think control is key. No matter what it is, only you can decide how it affects you. Even a blessing can become a curse if it is not properly managed. So, the internet on its own is nothing. It is what you do on it that matters. There are people that make tons of cash on the internet. This is even true about social media too. So, if you do business or something profitable online, then there's absolutely no problem with staying online. Each one to his own. Some people still waste a lot of time gossiping and wasting so much time even in the "real world"

Yes, I feel like I've wasted a substantial portion of my life crawling through the vast fabric of the internet, in all it's glory. After playing Dota when I was 14, I never woke up.
Internet is full of different entertainments, but it is also a source of knowledge and a source of income. I can't call it a waste.
Depend on what you mean by waste. Is entertaining yourself by some way a waste of time for you? What makes you think life outside of internet is not wasted? What about watching television?

I spend so much time on the Internet, it's like an addiction for many people now.
Of course I am not. I am getting here a lot of useful information and actually my work is connected in 100% with internet.

I spend a lot of time on the Internet, it can be somewhere in the region of 70% of the total waking time!
I do frequently sense like i'm losing away on the internet but I cannot prevent it cause i am kind of addicted.
