Yes I do. I don't think I could actually dress and go out without putting on my underwear, I will feel so uncomfortable without my underwear especially my boxers.
I'm really surprised hearing that a man feels comfortable when not wearing an underwear maybe you aren't wearing your size that is why you are not comfortable with it please try buying and wearing your size of underwear and you will see how comfortable you will.
I do not wear any underwear. But it is possible to wear only underwear and doing my all-purpose wearing that, it would be better I think.
I’ve gone commando loads of times but the vast majority of days I wear underwear of course. I wear boxer shorts, I can’t be dealing with any of those little tight Y front type things.

Since then I have not been wearing underwear because this feels much more comfortable.
I always disliked the way my boxers were riding up, especially when wearing jeans.

I suggest you to try underwear of different brand. As in the market, pants are too expensive.
personally, i put it on whenever am going out but definitely don't put it on at night. Reason being that it makes me uncomfortable while sleeping and sometimes causes rashes around my penis region.
I always use Cosco underware I feel better comfortable with Cosco Underware.

If you are comfortable why not, I tried it once and I'm not comfortable doing it, it's hard to hide your erection, you will be uncomfortable hiding your erection and you will be uneasy, that's one of the purposes of underwear to hide your erection in case you feel you are attracted to a person.
