I tried but I'm not comfortable without underwear and there's a risk that your zipper will rip your organ, underwear is our protection to our pant's zipper and from unwanted erection and besides its traditional and healthy to wear underwear, but I'm surprised on the poll that many prefer not to use underwear.

I only wear high-quality underwear and found a great online store for myself with a bra harness and various types of accessories. I buy sets or harnesses there and like the quality and attitude towards clients, they always choose the right sizes for me. My boyfriend is in love with how I look in their underwear.
Its on and off for me. But if you get the right size and fits you properly then it is not a problem. Only when you are wearing a wrong size it does create a discomfort more and then would be happening with few of them.
