Sometimes it depends on each of us. If indeed trading here is the main role for profit... definitely will choose for full-time. Well, it's different if you have other activities, it will definitely choose part-time. Which's clear is that both will give profit if you know more about certain risks and how to deal with them. Between full-time and part-time, each has the right strategy for it, how to study market movements from time to time.

Not exactly. I think that both full time and part time trading can assist one to become successful. First, you should try to become a better trader and have more knowledge on trading, then start with it.

I think you don't need to be a full time trader to be a successful trader. we just need to see and observe the market well so that we can handle our crypto assets well. what is important is the timing itself where we can determine the right time to sell or buy crypto in order to make a profit. besides that if we trade full time too often it will affect our emotions, we will be more anxious and also feel uneasy. trading also needs calm so we can stay calm when the crypto market is going down.
The idea of buying and selling at the right time is the whole thing about successful trading. You get profit whenever you sell and you'll buy back at the best low prices when you buy.

Success differs for each of us.

There are those full-time successful traders and there are those part-time.

Indeed, its own our hands to where we destined inside this business. There are full-time traders who
successful and there are part-timers who are also successful in this business, they balance well with their
time in engaging to this market,

some have good understanding and just need lesser time and enjoy with their gained profits,

while for some who are into this business and treating this business as the main source of their income, they are extending time and take it each opportunity to earn more.
They have to focus their time on trading if it becomes their main business. The time that's needed to be on this matter should be allocated wholly because it's their main income.

There really are traders that do this full time.

Don't expect that a trader will fcous themselves watching the up and downs of the market for almost half of the day they are just giving a small-time amount or called as part-time trading, some of them also have their specific time to make a trade It is more ideal to make a trade without having a pressure urging to get a profit this might affect your emotions to make a decision with your trading, this is why some of the trader take a break for their leisure time to refresh and prepare back to trade. Having a proper joy ride with the market volatile is enough just make sure stick to the trading plans.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?
You can be a successful trader either as a part time trader or a full time trader the difference between the successful trader and the non-succesful trader is embedded in how skillful and how knowledgeable they are with  reading their chats and interpreting the market. Provided the trader has the right approach to the market and understands when to take an entry point an where to exit irrespective of the kind of trader such chooses to be he/she can be successful

It is not always necessary to give time for a successful trader. A successful trader needs to know the latest news about the market all the time.  Must have the ability to analyze about the project. He will always be about the volume and supply of the project.

The problem with news is that it occurs after important movements, many times trading the news is a double-edged sword, because in my opinion I see the news as very easy to manipulate and what the whales want the most is to have total manipulation for them to buy or sell.
In a book that I read called "Memoirs of a Trader" by Jesse Livermore, he says that when he did his analysis, the last thing he saw was the news, because the news interfered with his view of the market and made him lose.

That’s a good brief explanation.
And i too believe that and support this.
You need not have to give a lot of time in order to get profit in trading.
Rather spend some time at first to learn proper trading (calculations and predictions etc).
If you excel in this, then no one can stop you from winning.
Hope this helps you OP.

Depend which kind trader its self, for me not have to be full time checking all coin price and analyze which one good and bad coin, for me keep try to buy some coin after have lower price and filled I will use limit sell order and waiting it filled without checking every time. I think is easy but some time waiting more than day by day when entry or selling coin depend with price we want.

Sell stop, buy stop, sell limit and buy limit are very good ways to trade without being on the system all the time and that's very good way not to be a full time trader. You need to have free time even being a trader .

The advise using the mentioned techniques is that if you are a day trader, you can deactivate the orders at the end of the day if they didn't trigger off for the trade, that is you can cancel it and wait for another entering position next time and not to allow them rollover to the next day. Day trading present new entering points for entering on a daily basis. You don't need to leave your open orders to the next trading day.

I have unique way in trading where only take few percent of profit and sell my assets, I don't waiting longer time for getting profit if bitcoin and altcoin have good price, when up only 5% I will sell and some time under 4% I sell. I use about $4000 of my fund with trading and never take profit with 20% because raise few percent only I sold.
What you are doing is trading short term, so you are playing it safe by taking small profit but sustainable. That's a pretty smart strategy, because in
the end, if the profits you make are collected, you can get a big profit too. But doing short-term trading requires good analytical skills, because you
have to monitor the market often, so as not to miss the development of the coins. If you feel comfortable with your trading strategy, please do well
and consistently. Actually, whatever strategy we use can work, most importantly we can use the strategy well. Then we don't need to be a full time
trader to be successful, as long as the trader finds a way of trading that suits him and is taken seriously, then success will come naturally.
It is a matter of choice, either you were in full-time trading or not, but what makes it important is to have a good strategy, not time. Of course, having to spend more time in trading gives some advantage and the more we got ideas but at the end of the day, it was still relying on our decision-making which can't be taught by someone. Maybe we just wasted our time if the results were still the same or no improvement at all, not is unnecessary. It rather keeps on short-term trading as long as you were satisfied with the output.

If we have a good strategy, we can usually make profit even though we are not a full-time trader. The problem is not how long we trade,
but how effective the strategy we use is. It's useless to be a full-time trader but don't have a good strategy, in the end we only get losses.
That's why until now I choose to do short-term trading when I have free time, but because the results are satisfactory, I have continued
until now and have not thought about becoming a full-time trader.

One must not be a full time trader before making profit. Many traders have different instinct and different way of viewing and analyzing market, the way I will analyse market and become successful might be different from the way someone will analyze it. All this need is proper mindset and deep knowledge about trading before trading.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?

did you try to trade in this market? take a test with $50 although it is a very small amount and the profit minus the fees will leave you without any profit you will gain experience and you will know the answer to your question.

for example: let's say you only want a profit of $50 per day, put in $10,000 capital and only need 1 trade per day, you will not need to be trading all day, but in case your capital is too little for the target profit you want will be forced to stay all day.
While there is no doubt that trading with 50 dollars is too little money to actually be able to gain much or anything for that matter, at the same time it can be huge step in the right direction when it comes to learn how to trade the markets, after all we know that no matter how much you study or you use demo accounts the moment you use real money everything changes and this can be a great learning experience for the newbies that have no experience trading the market yet while only exposing a minimum amount of capital.

Obviously you can man. Yes, just set up your sell or buy orders and do your work. The trade will automatically happen accordingly. You can even set up a trading bot as well. So learn about indications, choose the best coin on a best exchange which will have high trading volume. These are more important than the time you allot. You need watch out the market more when either you wish to buy or sell. Once you place the order, just relax and do your other work. So time is not a matter. Its wise versa.

No, you can be a part time trader or trade once a day or a week and still be successful. For me being successful in trading is having a profit so as long as you have profit in trading no matter if it is full time or part time. That's only my opinion about successful trader no matter how big or small you earn as long as you are having a profit then you are a successful trader.

I agree with you, the profit/losses we make will make us successful or unsuccessful traders! It's not everything about the time, not everyone can be a full-time trader and to make a profit with daily trading, I tried and that didn't work well for me! I am a lot better with mid and long run trades, simply buying when the market is down and waiting for better days is paying off for me! Of course, for mid and long run trades two things are needed, patience and strong hands!

So there's always an edge if you can focus on it full time but does that not mean that in part time trading, the profits is lesser. Basically yes, but if you have the best strategy to use, then even at a short term, you can still gain huge profits.
I guess w all start doing trading as a sideline, I mean we will need first capital to do it full-time and our job will help us to start trading unless we have rich parents who can give us money for capital. i have friends who stop working and focus in trading during pandemic since he find it much safer than to go back and forth working in different areas but at tge same time while trading he create some business like store to have extra income. We can say fulltime trading can help us to focus more in the market for potential gains but we should not fullly rely on it when it comes for living as the market is too volatie. We may be in profit today but there are times were at loss.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?
IMO, traders are divided into two, namely full time and at certain times. Personally, I trade at certain times because I can't give all my time to trading. well, people who have fixed time jobs, it is very difficult to trade full time, so, when the opportunity arises, we will do it.
There are advantages and disadvantages to both types of traders, such as being full time, you can prevent losses from occurring when a bear market arrives. however, even though I trade at a certain time, I also still get a profit, although not as good as full time.
I believe most of the traders here are part time traders since some have stable jobs at daytime or some may think that doing it full time without any other source of living is a very risky decision. But definitely, trading has always a huge profits to offer if you are a good trader and knows how to drive the market even when there is a sudden crash. So there's always an edge if you can focus on it full time but does that not mean that in part time trading, the profits is lesser. Basically yes, but if you have the best strategy to use, then even at a short term, you can still gain huge profits.
