full time trading is less profitable than long term hodling, I believe.

I think it depends on the trader, even a few part-time traders can be profitable and have a sustainable income. Indeed, for us the choice of holding is not to be on the market for hours on end. So day trading traders interact more with the market and price movements. Not even a few of them deliberately learn specifically just to master trading in trading.

Another case we can relate this is, "Quit the regular/full-time job, just to become a full-time trader"
By doing full-time in trader, it's still a risk, depends too on how you are trading. We all know how risky trading is, that's why I suggest trying first to be a part-time trader only before doing it full time, if you find it profitable then having more time in trading will probably result in more profits.

I think it is better done as part time. If I'm to consider trading to be a part time job that is capable of being a life time profiting job because you can go in to a trade and you profit as much as $5k -$10,000 from it and even a full time job may not give such in a long time and you still have time for leisure and other businesses.

A full time trading can be boring because such trader won't have time for other recreational activities but to stay under the screen of the computer, laptop or phone and this is also dangerous to the eyes staying under the rays for longer hours. Practicing part time trading is better to my choice. Trading is not an easy thing to do

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?
I prefer to trade part-time than full-time trade because that can consume time to analyze the coin or the market. If we can manage our time in trading, I think we can make a profit from part-time trade to use the other time for anything else.

But you can be a full-time trade if you have time to analyze the coins and select more than one coin. Usually, when we trade more than one coin, that can reduce our focus and make us not careful in analysis.

It is also difficult to define "successful". How much?
As long as I know, being successful is not based on being fully trader or not, but it is about consistency and how we can manage our funds in trading, can manage our emotions, not be greedy or panic.
We can earn a lot of money through the full trader. But we can also earn a lot of money also from not being fully traders.
It will also depend on how you are.

I think a good trader has their own time to trade and they don't trade every time, they have their own time and can determine the right time. it's good if we look at crypto market often but if we trade in full then it will make us feel greedy. if we can deal with it well then that's good, but if we can't respond well it will only be a boomerang for us. so it depends on the individual trust to trade full time or not. but the most importantly we must be able to minimize losses.

I actuall do not know anyone that is on full-time trading.
There are really those real-life full time traders, I know a few of them and they are living with their profits through it.

Most of which that I knew are doctors, students, IT professionals, teachers, and a lot more.
These professionals can also be a trader but differently from being a full time trader. They can be an investor and trader at the same time but they don't have full time to allot with their trades because they have a real-life profession to focus with.

As of the market being volatile, I think having an stable job is safer that trading with full-time focus on it, though you might be able to predict/see through charts/event/news what could happen so you probably are prepared what to do.
Those who are experienced, they know about this. They're likely to find a job and focus with it but they choose to be a full time trader because they are also getting freedom from it and as well as decent profit if they're professional on it already.

Also, as I've browse different social media platforms, I've read about those youngsters that are very successfull on their trades. Your choice in the end.
Yup, that's it. They've chosen to become a full-time trader because they see their future on it. Not everyone can be one.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?

Definitely not. There are different trading strategies to suit different types of traders. Short term traders like day traders and scalpers have to be very much active that succeed so that can pass as full time while trading strategies like swing trading that involves keeping trades for much longer time frames so it doesn't require much time and at such, doesn't need to be a full time affair. You can make your analysis, open trades and set open orders to hit afterwards even if you're not active.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?

In fact, many are successful in trading by being passive traders and entrusting what they invest with as well as being holders. and to do a strong sell at a high price also takes time. and it is not possible only 1 day . maybe a few days. or maybe a few weeks. Becoming a trader does not have to be full time in front of the monitor and looking at the chart.

Yes, this is true and i have some friends which are long term holders and now they are rich and having some financially capable on buying out things that they do like but somewhat really needed up some luck for
the coins that they've been holding but since they do believe that it does have potential then it is really considered to be part of their analysis which i can say that they had done well on selecting or choosing a good project.
It doesnt really need for you to be an active trader for you to succeed but rather you do need to be smart on choosing which one would really give you out some nasty profits when it do soar up in the future.
Look for real-use case potential and buy or get in while its still cheap.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?
I think it is not, but be full time trader means will really help trader to not miss opportunity. Like if can see market in a lot time, maybe when pump or dump come, especially for day trader which really rely on market movement. If must do anything else like work, maybe that trader will put stop loss to save their assets, but in other time when new oppotunity come, he can missed it.

It does not guarantee being a full time trader will be successful, because it depends on how we analyze the market and control emotions. Part time trading
can also be successful if done the right way, but as you said, full time traders have several advantages. Full time traders usually do have more time to
monitor the market, so faster in making decisions, because it is faster to know where the market will move. And also full time traders are much more
focused on trading. If we are serious about making crypto trading our main source of income, I really recommend becoming a full time trader.
Being a full time trader means you have more advantages to make more profits but it does not guarantee that you will mostly make successful trading most of the time. It will surely depend on how you use your strategies and how you trade depending on the market condition by that time.

I do recommend also trading full time so you will able to maximize your profits but if you have other job aside from that, trading will still be successful as long as you are trading with proper motivation and skills. Trading may not need most of your time but it does need proper execution of your strategies all the time.

Yes, you have to be full time because if you put a half assed effort then you wouldn't be getting anything from it besides half assed results. Plus it's not like you have to continue doing it full-time, you will eventually slow down and use smaller amounts of time because you've put in effort in the first place and you know what to do.
Actually, this is how from our strategy in trading, if daily trading is needed full time to keep control of the market, but if it is a little bit futures then the strategy will determine whether you are profitable or not.
You don't have to be full time to be a successful trader you have to know the consequences of trading and also strategies for seeing potential coins, usually high-profit tokens buy and wait for a few days or even a long time, but that's how we consistently do it.

Being a full-time trader doesn't guarantee our success perhaps most of them had able to succeed than those who are casual/part-time traders. We still don't know until you've tried, maybe you should in order to found it right or wrong. But as I've seen in my life, having a huge time spend on the market makes us good at TA which is very useful in trading. This becomes an advantage of being a full-time trader but of course, the results still depend on how you manage yourselves and your trades.

You can certainly say that yes it’s a fact.
But it’s not necessary to be honest.
If you rely completely on profit from trading then, yes you need to give full attention to trading.
You need to choose the perfect coin and always hope on the market to see the best time to buy or sell the coin.
Else if you are a long term trader and using trading to gain some additional money, then no need of full time.
Just good market knowledge can give you good profit.
Hope this helps you OP.

As the market is volatile and very technical, does it take full time to become successful in trading? or can some trade part time and still make real profit from the market?

Full time or part time and long term or short term there are traders who make profits in all the categories and I must say thay not only profits but also losses.
It takes time and experience to be a professional in any category and it is not necessary for you to leave your job current job and become a full time trader to get more profits.
Although you will be able to learn more in full time trading you can very well make profits in part time as well as trading just on occasions.
Many people also do swing trading where they buy/sell once and wait for a few weeks/months to execute the next order.
