ETH is one of the best coins after Bitcoin because of its vast usage, reliability,security etc its value is constant and doesn't went below $200 from past six months which shows good results for ETH and also ETH is developing some enhancements on its platform which will boost up the value of ETH in upcoming years.

The thing that ethereum will rise is when it rides the bull season. And yes I agree it might probably increase in price but it won't hit another milestone of ATH unless they will release great news of development and adoption.
