Yeah that’s true but to the best of my knowledge most of the sport book sites allows instant deposit as soon as coin is transferred but the challenge is usually with withdrawal as not all allows instant withdrawal. Sportsbet is the only site I have found with 0 confirmations deposits and instant withdrawals.
The 0 confirmations on deposits is perfect so I can place last minute punts.

I do not really recommend two of it, sportbet and cloudbet sure have this promotions and events going on and I can say it is really droolling but overall they always have some issues on their site so I would not really recommend to play there. I would suggest to play on nitrogensport which is really standard with the current situation right now, others of this, I do not recommend it at all
Agreed, nitrogensports is the recommended one imo, and i rarely heard a scam case from nitrogensports users. Onehash is the worst one, they offer ridiculous low odds compared with other books, this is my opinion.

Nitrogensports, sportsbet and cloudbet have ATP and WTA betting choices but most of them need to wait until 1 confirmation on bitcoin deposit. It's not too long imo, maybe like 5-30 minutes to get 1 confirmation.

I have been using sportsbet as my goto website to bet on sports but want to see if there are any others which have the speed and efficiency of their deposits but more importantly the no hassle of doing a withdrawal once you request one. Meaning not having them ask for kyc aml verification if your winnings become over a certain amount like 2 btc. As if I will ever get close to this amount with my micro bets. 
But if I ever do get to this point dont want it to be a pain in the butt to try withdraw winnings.
Have looked at two other books in the last little while so wanted to get some kind of feedback for experience with these other sites.

I personally use Sportsbet and had not issues with instant deposit and withdrawals. As soon as the bitcoin leaves my wallet it appears in Sportsbet account, same thing with withdraw. Deposit credited to our account after confirmation is not something called by instant deposit. As per my understanding, instant deposit is where you do not need to wait for confirmation of our deposit. Not many sites offers this feature, although there were many sites had this feature but they decided to use normal deposit (wait for confirmation) because there were many double spend cases which made them lost some money.
