It's above 8k USD right now. It looks like yes but i think that it will be very wise for you to take more and more news regarding crypto and try to analyze it, does it include on the possitive news or not.
So far this can be considered as a little signal before another big increase again very soon.

Cryptos have bottomed out and going into a slow uptrend. Skyrocketing phase will come later once the uptrend becomes steady and market is stable leading into speculative phase.

We are already in a short term up trend.

I wouldn't say that it's crypto is going to skyrocket, as there is simply no way that the previous all time highs for both bitcoin and altcoins can be broken in the first half of this year. But I can see the total capitalization of cryptos going to $350 billion, which still means a big pump for the entire alt market.

But, overall, we are still in a bear market. I do not think that is going to change until Q3-Q4 of 2018.

Well, its really a big jump in the last couple of days and its very unexpected, just look at how the price specially bitcoin jumping $1K in matter of hours. As far as bull run, I'm not really sure because its looks like we are now trading sideways. Which means that the market has stalled because its either its consolidating or probably most traders are waiting to see if the price will go up/down before making their moved. So stay relax and hold and just observe how the situation will be in the next days or so.

there are many good news for cryptos and we saw dip 2 times. The thing is institutional investors will come to crypto and we will see big pump. But no one knows when it starts or maybe it started already ?

If you buy good coin now you will not be regret for sure. Its better to waiting Tuesday maybe. 16 April is deadline for USA taxes so Tuesday we can see some pump. be ready !!

After such huge drop in cryptos price, we can not expect price skyrocket. First it will have to recover and achieve stability, only after it can start rising. But honestly I don't believe that it will skyrocket, at least not any time soon. After last dip, people are afraid and some are still not convinced that its good idea to be returning to crypto market. A lot of people lost their money because of last dip, and it will take some time before they return... if they return. But no matter, price will rise in time, but another skyrocket will not happen soon.
