Well, I wouldn't be so negative about that.
Today i just won a $250 airdrop from Prom Zealy Sprint Campaign.
And I think it was a great investment of my time.
Look for yourself: this campaign was a set of typical Zealy tasks. Basically you had to follow twitter accounts of all projects of Prom Ecosystem, like and repost their messages on twitter and maybe install their app a couple of times (for those who had apps)
True, there were over 100 such tasks, but most of them took literally 5 seconds to claim.
I spent no longer that 4 hours.
Well, maybe these were not the most entertaining hours of my life, lol.
But they were surely well-paid for.
I mean, "60 dollars an hour", how good is that!
And to be frank it was a totally unskilled labour and not a back-breaking effort.
So yeah, i think Prom Sprint campaign was a great opportunity to earn some money.
Prom Network had a prize pool of $10,000 worth or $PROM.
True, not everyone got to earn hundreds of dollars.
But i think even 30-50-100 dollars is a decent grab.
And since the Prom Zealy Sprint campaign went on for 30 days, anyone interested had plenty of time to succeed.

Well first of all we need to align on what is "big earnings".  For some people $100 is big earnings, while I personally aim at $1k.
Yet, if you are expecting $10k, then i can't comment on that for you, lol.

But if $1k sounds good, then I'm afraid such projects are rare. I never do more than 1-2 airdrops at a time, becasue I prefer spending my time in search for a project that will earn me $1-2k, rather than waste my time on 10 projects that will cash me $100 each. Looking for a single big score simply proves less time consuming than trying to do everything an once.

At the moment I'm only participating in the Prom Testnet Campaign.
Basically it's a typical testnet activity where you got to claim test $PROM from the faucet, make transactions, mint NFTs and tokens.

But what's completely untypical (and i love it) is the reward.
Leaders will be granted a DAO role of Delegate with a right to partake in network profits.
Delegates will share 30% of Prom Network profits.
To earn these profits Delegates will need to take part in community governance of the DAO.
To make their votes matter they will be allocated a prize pool of 1 million $PROM.
But these tokens will not be for external use, since they will be locked from selling or transferring.
All you can do with these tokens is vote. But by doing so you get entitled to a constant influx of profits.

So instead of earning once by dumping your airdrop on the market and crashing the price along the way - you will get a lot of smaller sums which will total up to a nice hefty profit within a year.
And I expect to earn at least $1,5k after my first year of becoming a Prom Delegate. Lol, but first i need to secure my position, while i still have the time to do so. Mainnet will be launched very soon.

In fact, it is possible, no one can tell you right away whether the project will be successful or not, therefore my advice to you is to participate in all airdrop, as this can bring you a good profit in the future.

Right now participating in an airdrop is a waste of time even though you only used a small portion of your time. Most of them are shit coins and some of them are scam nowadays. Do bounties instead.

Way back last year when airdrop is literally a free money, people here really got some decent amount, maybe not that big but who cares, it's just free and besides the rules are easy, just fill out the form and wait for it, no need to retweet nor share their posts. But this yrar airdrops are just full of shitcoins and you'll consider yourself lucky if you trade it to $50. lol.

Yes, for the beginner it is very good to get Airdrop but at the same time if they failed to get the token will definitely lose their hope in the market. Now, most of the people are not showing interest towards Airdrops because for little money they are asking KYC procedure.

to get maximum results you should participate in a bounty project, because joining a bounty has promised to get the maximum. in my opinion, joining an airdrop gift will make you lose time. meaning your income here will not be promising. my advice, it's better you switch to bounty now

Previously, participation in promising airdrops was indeed a profitable solution. But now the situation on the crypto market has changed dramatically. There are too many airdrops members today, and most of them do not receive residual payments. So I decided not to waste my time on airdrops.

I agree with what you say bro, because airdrop is now very small in return compared to last year because airdrop is now sometimes fraudulent.

Don't expect a big rewards in participating airdrops as those projects will only give a maximum of $20 worth of token and most of those token will not be available in the exchanges. Maybe to those people who are jobless this could help them earn a few amount of money but if you have a real job then this is just a waste of time.

If you want to participate in airdrops and want get real cash, thenyou have to create referral net or participate in such airdrops like Aergo, where you have to write articles and make other proof of love staff.

I got some good coins late last year. This was at a time when the market conditions were still good and many great projects were coming up. Many of them did not even do bounties. But it doesn't happen anymore. I now have my wallet filled with many coins that do not even have market value. Many of them are abandoned.
