various social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, again received crypto and ico advertisements. it will affect the trust of new people and investors to enter the crypto market and increase the volume of capitalization in the crypto market. and that can make prices rise.
Positive news is usually followed by some fud to prevent it going up to much. However, if the positive news is really big such as an acceptance of ETF then nothing will stop the bull run.
and if they hodling bitcoin they probably quickly dump their bitcoins and this would affect btc price.

Obviously right true news can makes increase bitcoin price, because many investor and trader do it wait for the bitcoin down price and depending to the possible news.so possibly news impact do that increase bitcoin holders and bitcoin Value.
I have been observing a trend from last year bitcoin price movements to this year movement.
I have observed how we're getting so much positive news and adoption about bitcoin this year, but still the prices refuse to go up. If this was last year a single positive news will have pumps the prices by at least 10% or more.
Its that positive news don't longer have any effect on the price movement or is their any manipulation going on.
Manipulations occur as before, but Bitcoin lost that agiotage that was 2017, because quite a few people invested in Bitcoin at a price of more than 15K. I have observed how we're getting so much positive news and adoption about bitcoin this year, but still the prices refuse to go up. Too obvious for the answer, why would it not affect the price in a good way? that's why it's called positive news 
obviously positive news can affect the price for the better, but not one of the strongest factors to influence the price to rise, there are many other factors that can affect the price to rise, such as investor confidence and market demand a lot.
Yes positive news gave any impact in bitcoin price . Being positive also can bring many investor to invest in btc with full of confidence and they dont think any doubt or problem .
This is not necessarily true every time; it depends which are affected by news i.e local and international. For example, the government regulation for cryptocurrencies in some country has loosened up. This would not affect how the people of other countries use bitcoin thus not affect the price altogether.

Yes I think positive news about bitcoin could really affect btc price in the market cause if people read about good news about bitcoin they think that they should buy bitcoin and gain profit but if they absorb negative news they think that buying bitcoin is not profitable and if they hodling bitcoin they probably quickly dump their bitcoins and this would affect btc price.
Obviously if negative news has a way of scaring newbies and those who are ignorant of the business away from investing, that is the same way positive news attract investors and strengthen the growth of bitcoin and blockchain business.

Positive news obviously have a big impact on BTC worth. its just that this year BTC is taking it's time to regenerate and stabilize. Will be experiencing growth in value soon enough. We just have to be patient.

Yes positive news have an impact in the bitcoin price because if the people who wants to invest on the bitcoin hears a positivity then they will continue to believe in bitcoin and they will also continue to invest on it. I somehow believe that these positive news can have an impact on bitcoin however, it is not only the positive news that can improve the price value and there are other factors also that may contribute to it's growth.
