there was never a bubble to want to burst. unless you can $19666 as a bubble and its burst to end at $14000 then you are absolutely right, the bubble burst and it was over.

the fall that you currently are witnessing is because of the panic sellers and the FUD and also the fact that bitcoin fees are increasing at an alarming rate. none of these are good for bitcoin price.

This is a really deep deep correction. Momentum might still be on the bears' side since people are selling out of fear most probably.

It is too early to burst:) W e will be watching on bitcoin price nearly $ 100-300k per coin before everything goes to zero. You can buy digital currencies and don't worry about anything.

I agree that it's making quite a dangerous drop, that's why never buy while BTC price is still falling or else you might find yourself with huge losses. Only buy when price starts to stabilize around a support level.

People have started to term the ongoing drop as a bubble. People who were much into the analysis of the market could have gained a good profit using it an opportunity. In reality I believe bitcoin is all about trust, if it is to burst it might have taken place long back. So nothing seems to be a bubble, believe and surely you get benefited.

It does not mean that it is the end. As a matter of fact it is just a drop as too many investors sold their coins. There are a lot of people like me waiting for the price to go down in order to by coins.

The downturn is now driven by more and more people realizing that Bitcoin has failed as a currency, as a store of value, as a community project and all other parameters.

It is described on the forum here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bitcoin-fails-on-all-6-objective-measures-2630742

Now is a Really good time to move back into Cash some of your holdings. Investor Faith has been ROCKED by the Ver , CNBC, Coinbase sh-t storm. I'm pulling out my original investment money and letting my winnings ride. Operation Dragon Slayer may be real, if so the BTC blockchain may just stall out( 28 million backlog in transaction already)

Bitcoin is not like a normal currency. You can not say that the bubble is going to burst simply because you don't know if it is a bubble or not in the first place. This can be seen from two different points of vue: A burst of a bubble which I think isn't really the case or an opportunity to buy more because the probability it's going to raise again is pretty high . Again the bitcoin value to time function follows a weirstrass function form. It is not differentiable at any point means you can not know if its going to increase or decrese at any point.

Don't panic and please don't be affected by media outlets trying to down cryptocurrencies. I am expecting that most of us here in forum is matured enough how to handle this kind of situation.

I think most investors are just cashing in or doing some profit taking to have money to spend for the holidays. After the festivities, I expect bitcoins to continue its run.

Nah, it is just a normal correction. You don't have to spread FUD around that this is a bubble and that bubble has already burst. This is not the case, bitcoin is never a bubble, the problem is that people keep on holding and not really spending it, but there would come a time that it will be used like currency and that will change the world as we know it.

No, it`s not. These are only periodic ups and downs of Bitcoin, which we have observed dozens of times. So do not panic. Christmas holidays are one of the factors of such price jumps of Bitcoin. Everyone deduces money from their wallets, so the price falls. But I think, that after a new year within a few weeks the price of Bitcoin will grow again and even reach a new record.

There will be bump after the hard fork on 28th. You may expect the bump may touch the 20k to 25k USD in the January starting week. This may burst for this huge investor who done the fundxon bitcoin alone. They will get the money on once money value recovered only. I see many people going to invest on cheap altcoins. You will find the dump in all the cheap coins soon. Try to keep your fund in bitcoin alone.

There's no bubble OP. The rally just got exhausted and is taking a break. If you took you're profit when bitcoin was on 20k, it'll be a great time to reinvest. It's like the great Christmas sale especially for those who want to start their adventure in bitcoin.

Definitelty just seems like a price correction, this is something we've to come to expect with bitcoin and the smart traders get in at this point to strengthen their holdings. I tried purchasing some this morning with coinbase and stupid thing is down and refusing purchase but bank said transaction should be fine, typical coinbase right in a dip  Huh

No the bubble is not the first thing i think after a decrease but an opportunity to buy more bitcoin for a big profit when it recovers and increases for the next week or few days.

yes i think it is.. its time to sell bitcoin and invest in bitcoin cash just follow the whales

Bitcoin cash is also down at the moment and i doubt bitcoin cash as there are news that its recent price surge was due to some coinbase insider job, its safe to say that the bubble burst already and we are back to normal price movement in the market again.

Just because it fall that much it is a bubble already? Come on, things are happening base on your imagination that bitcoin is on a bubble. Can't you see that other altcoins too are being dumped? Correction is what makes bitcoin that down for today and the fact that crypto's are volatile, don't you ever say it again that it is in a bubble. Burst or not, take it on your mind that bitcoin isn't a bubble.
