yes , for me it matters more , because i am a local bitcoin trader . i buy the btc at low and sell at high price . so it tends to a big change in my deal .
since if you want earn and directly use Bitcoin then there is nothing about price .
I think whatever you do on bitcoin, whether you do it for investment, trade and currency, the rate and the price of bitcoin will be very  crucial

I think price is the only factor that attracts people to use or invest in bitcoins and if bitcoin would fall down then I doubt that many would prefer to use it as an investment.

When it comes to people looking to make an investment, yes, the price is the only thing that matters for them. And that's all good since every sort of usage of Bitcoin is more than welcome. Regarding the price falling down, that is the time where people will see an opening to enter the market at relatively cheap prices. Falling prices are not a negative thing.

Falling price is not negative unless its falling to an certain extent, and if price falls extremely then we need to find the reason behind the downfall and there is a chance that it may not rise again in future.
What I witness is that the price falls most of the time due to FUD and there is no serious reason why it falls, so in the end it will still come back and the top spot so if you see that kind of situation, you should be smart enough to  buy cheap bitcoins and earn from short term investment.

We cant really stop or avoid  bitcoin price drop because  of some  various  reasons  and as  you said  we should see  it as  an opportunity to  buy more coins  because as  we  know  on bitcoin price it would surely  bounces  up back  and we could make  profits  on it  on  short trades.
Yeah, but what matters is that every time the price of bitcoin drops there will be another increase, in fact that is advantageous for the traders as they can make easy money when there is a fall back, for sure the price will rise as people trust bitcoin so much.

I think to everyone it matters the most. If you had bought or got the btc and if you get the best and high price wont you like it? Or will you like the price at the lowest or next to zero value. Price is absolutely important along with the various functionalities attach to the btc which is also vital.

Not to mention that it also depends on dollar as well.

The price of bitcoin matters because it shows the true value of bitcoin and how it is going with the bitcoin cause imagine seeing a price of 100$ a coin suddenly then you know it's bad news since it dropped that much. The price will represent the grade of success its at.

That's true and people will take their decisions of buying or selling looking at its price and if price falls to extreme level in future then many users will prefer to quit bitcoins.

Definitely price of bitcoin matters because the reason behind the success of bitcoin or their importance in the market  is due to  their higher price, If the price of bitcoin is less then the price is going today then no one would like to work for bitcoin. People are using bitcoin because they earn a good amount and meet their monthly expenses. So for that case price does matter.

For true devotees of Bitcoin, the price of the digital currency is almost irrelevant. They believe in its inherent value or, more frequently, cannot see any value at all in the alternative of government issued fiat currency. Price is therefore not a concern. At the other end of the spectrum, for those that harbor what appears to be an irrational hatred of Bitcoin and anything to do with it, the exchange rate also matters little. They were screaming that it was all worthless when the price was at over $1000, and somehow convince themselves that an exchange rate of over 200 times what it was before that bubble proves their point. For the vast majority of people somewhere in the middle, however, the price of the currency in Dollar, Euro, Yuan or whatever terms is important.

If I answer you no then I'll be lying. Even though my hope is for us to see 1 btc equivalent to 1 btc some day with the price of fiat mean nothing to us, the current movement of the price still gives us the indication in how well accepted btc is and its demand. I do agree with your reasoning but until the I will still closely follow the btc price movement.
The Bitcoin price does matter and it is the most important thing when you talk about Bitcoin, everybody keeps check of the price because they want to either sell of buy Bitcoin.
If the price was only stable then Bitcoin would never been this popular.
