Lots of people underestimate the doge, if I personally believe doges are very prospects for hold. Doge has touched the price of 30 satoshi, it's a good first step, just look at the next two months it will go to 45 satoshi. Indeed my opinion is only limited to speculation, if you look at the MCAD and RSI chart indicators it is time for Doge flying high in price. This doge is a long-time tested, always underestimated the doge as shitcoin and will be a scam. But the evidence of the doge survives until now and has a rather large volume.

I am not really can speculate about Dogecoin, beside i can't analyze coin only have my speculation, but Dogecoin i think still worth to buy. And it is possible to get pumped if there are some people want it to be pumped. Because it already pumped and dumped but not died. 
Although the price increase is probably just related to a new exchange listing it and the increased volume, I think anything below 30 satoshis is a good buy. Doge does very well during bull runs. You could easily 3x your money. Now, I don't think it will happen in the next week. But, if you hold it for the long run, then the current price is a very good entry spot.
DOGE is not much of a top notch alt to trade, it's just one if those pump and dump shitcoins out there. Reaching 30 sats after sometime now is really something to be happy about especially if you had bought the dip.
Doge is a shitcoin made out of memes and their popularity. Getting listed we often see assets rising in value but it can be for other reasons too, like bagholders pumping the small cap shills to promote the coin and create a fake buying pressure so some other idiots are drawn to it.
I cannot disagree with you about the main thing being the meme, but I contest your assertion that doge is a shit coin. It isn't, even though it isn't a 'serious' coin. Doge has quite a devoted community, and I would point out that its maintained somewhat of a stable value over time, whereas many real shit coins have dropped to 1 satoshi. I think there are even some online retailers that accept it, tho I'm sure there aren't many.Doge isn't an excellent coin for investment (I don't think it's going to gain in value much), but it has the potential to be a decent currency. You can't argue that fees are high or that it takes forever to get a confirmation.
But Op, reaching 30 satoshis isn't a milestone in doge's existence. It's great that it got there, but it's been far higher in the past.
Some of the better traders are calling for DOGE to reach around 80 sats in the mid to long term. Historically DOGE is the first coin to pump big when an alt season is approaching, check the past charts. We'll see soon if history keeps repeating itself. I sunk 1% of my portfolio into it, I think it's worth it for a potential 3x.

Although I cannot make an accurate prediction whether the price of Doge will continue rising or go down, I think it is clear in the whole cryptocurrency market that there will be no bull run that will be happening anytime soon. Doge will probably be moving similar to most of the coins right now. They rise a little and then go down a little. And then there will be green once again followed by a quick red. There are no spikes so I think this is not the start for a bull season, even for Doge. But below 30 sats for Doge is a good buy.
I think this is very scary because seeing the price of a doge that has a price as cheap as that and this possibility is a sign that there has been no bull run that happened, hopefully the doge will not be very severe despite falling, the price will fall only at 20 satoshi because if it falls then doge will become worthless again.
How does the Doge became worthless? Since at the first place the price of it is so stable for so many years and also did you see how much volume doge got? It's pretty huge men and it is listed on top 28 on the coinmarketcap and I will prefer to hold doge than any other else since it has a potential to grow up more, but I doubt it will drop to 20 SATs sinc I guess the current little pump for s so strong ang provably we can see Doge ATH.
Not so much support to go around for doge, but i think it could go up if bitcoin which acts as the base crypto soars.

A bit hard to measure/predict an altcoin which is experiencing a drastic increase, although it is an old altcoin. Moreover an altcoin who still has a lower price iy could be easy to play the price for those who have high money. A few months back the doge coin had decreased also and there is many people who consider that is the bull run if I'm not mistaken the increased price be affected Jack Dorsey the creator of twitter said that he may has an interested to dogecoin. But it is just took a few days snd its price just slumped down again. So, I'll take the same consideration too with this increase price for doge. It is just PUMP in my opinion and it still far to say it is bull run.

There is no way Dogecoin is an almost useless coin, because Dogecoin is one of the most used altcoin based on its daily transaction. This means Dogecoin has its own usability and not almost useless coin as you said, of course Dogecoin will remain as memecoin because it was intended as a memecoin and nothing more.

the problem is with the exchange (BitMax). now i haven't heard that name before and the volume of it doesn't seem that high to be considered a major exchange. so technically it should not have any effects on Doge price.

In my opinion Bull run is not happening during 2019 for several reasons. It is only a short price increase that would be followed by another dump, so do not waste your time and invest in BTC until further progress of the whole market.

I don't know why doge is still survive until now, it was created just for a joke altcoins but i think people who loves dog keep collecting them and make it as a day trading assets.

Cannot imagine that Doge will moon, because as far as I know this coin is backed by nothing and has no value. It is a good and funny edition to the crypto world, but why should the price go up, without any real use case?
