I totally like the money invested in projects like this, but just want to advise everyone to spend up to 10% of the participation amount for the mayor to invest in projects like this. That is my strategy, not too greedy with projects like this because I also only accept the risk in the degree of control, not want to turn myself into nothing from projects like this.
