What is your opinion concerning this new law
This is a law that should have been passed a long time ago; men have been victimized too much.

Men are in love; women are in business.

Watch how the rate of divorce will reduce in the United States with this new law. Many more relationships will end because the women will realize that they will no longer profit as much as they could have with this law.

That makes sense, since women often advocate for equality, but some take advantage of divorce laws to go after money when they separate from their husbands. Trump seems to recognize this and is just trying to protect men from being exploited by the system.
Somehow, some of these women have deliberately taken it as a means to amass wealth by going into legally recognized marriage with a rich guy to later get divorced and request for properties share  which by law largely favours the women in the sharing formula.

Check the Kardashians, they are among some of the women that have benefited from this system, and in the West it has become something that most women pride themselves with.  I think there are many wealthy men who will support this move by Trump.

If they did benefit, it probably wasn’t that significant. A big part of their net worth actually comes from their businesses, especially in the beauty industry.

For example, Kim Kardashian has a net worth of $1.7 billion, and she’s been married three times, but the money she got from those marriages was mostly from child support, which isn’t really a huge amount compared to her total net worth.

As for the other Kardashians, you can check their net worth as well, it’s clear that most of their wealth comes from their own ventures, not just from relationships.

I don't have to click the link you've provided to go read what the providers of the article wants me to know. I am not ignorant on this for anyone to want to shape my knowledge of what I already know on this one. People like them only needs to set up something running as a business to cover up for all the wealth they have been enriched with from those expeditions they went into called marriage. Only person in that Kardashian circle I could except is Kim for reasons which is obviously about her career history.

Don't always accept what you read on the internet certain stories aren't in their naked form as you think it should.

Project 2025 is on full display as everyone of course assumed and yet all republicans denied. Not saying that women should get 50% just because their husband is rich, but there is a prenup exactly for this reason. If you worry that your loved one is getting married to you just because of your money, then you sign a prenup, if she declines, then she is in it for the money, if she accepts, then you do not give 50% anyways, because there is a prenup. This isn't a government level thing, you do not make decisions like that as a government.

Republicans were suppose to be "less government" party back in the day, with abortion laws, divorce laws, and many other similar stuff, we are seeing them becoming the party of government these days. Obviously this change didn't started yesterday, it was the tea party that started it in early 2010 or so, and now we are here. Of course this is going to end up with Trump trying to do whatever he can in the project 2025, but I doubt he can do all of it.

Yeah, like in the USA, where there are so many wealthy people. And with a president like Trump, who’s very vocal and can directly push laws he thinks are right, you can expect a lot of changes during his time in office. Just recently, he even said there are only two genders in the US, man and woman. With those words, I’d assume he’s not in favor of same-sex marriage, which is already legal in USA.
Not sure about that same-sex marriage thing but surely it's going to be helpful to fix that divorce issue where women misused the old and outdated laws to get 50% wealth from the husbands, and they even married to rich guys only for that purpose.

Such type of laws aren't giving women the rights but are somehow allowing perpetrators to take advantage of gentlemen for the sake of money.

Hope, we can learn something from it, although, I'm not in favor of or against such laws but I believe it's the right time to modify those laws so men and women may get equal rights.

At the moment, one of the best benefit of Bitcoin is that you can collect your wealth in Bitcoin without telling anything to your wife and it will be all yours, it can't be split.

i see alot of african social media gossip when i google search this... but no source of any real execution order (on the whitehouse website) actually existing of such topic
Me too and that's strange.

This shit has to end in the other parts of the world too. We have the same law here and lots of men don’t want to get married because of it. Why do married couples have to share their assets when they are getting divorced?

What’s mine is mine just like it was mine before I was married.

What’s yours is yours the same way.

Why make them shared assets in the first place?

Whoever came up with this shit idea needs a good beating.
It's strange but these days men have no rights while women have all the rights and support. It's strange how a man made system turned into a pure hell for men. I have nothing against women, only love but there is really a terrible situation. A woman can sue man without providing any proof and the police will arrest man. Women earn money easily from OF, the job market is even in their favor because bosses prefer to hire a beautiful woman as manager or marketing specialist. They don't hire them for their brain but for their look because they then form relationship with them.

This is a whole load of bullshit.
First of all, there is no federal law in the US that states that women should receive 50% of their husband's wealth in time of a divorce. What most states use is equitable distribution laws to make sure that things are done fairly "in the eyes of the court" depending on the circumstances of the divorce. That is why there have been cases of the man receiving from the woman even though most times it's
the other way around.

Secondly, as of the day before yesterday, I read all executive orders signed by Trump and even the ones he wants to sign but hasn't signed yet, there is nothing remotely close to what you say so both you and the article you posted are spreading false news.

As for Pep Guardiola, it's all a rumour and nothing has been confirmed yet.  The case is even still in court and has not been finalised yet. No reputable news outlet has reported the news so I'd advise you hit the brakes on the way you spread false information.

This is a welcome development for men in the United States of America I just pray that other countries too can borrow a leave from trump and implement this law in their countries

Not all countries have laws like this. In my country, the type of wealth ownership is stipulated in the marriage contract according to the agreement of the spouses. There are those who agree not to share the property and there are those who choose to share the wealth with clear conditions, but the difference is that this also includes the wife's wealth and not just the husband's.
This law in the US is not fair and can be used for purposes other than what the law is supposed to be made for. The law is supposed to be made to protect divorced women with children. In this case, the man is required to spend according to his financial situation and half the wealth seems like a reasonable solution. But if the law includes all cases of divorce without specifying precise exceptions, this could lead to disasters.

I don't know how real this is but the US legal system is the weirdest one in the world. Even dictatorships are not like this where the head of "executive branch" can change the law instead of the "legislative branch" which exists for that very purpose!

That's not even to mention the way the president in the US can simply nullify the judiciary's decisions by releasing criminals and such with a stroke of a pen!!! and they all use this for their own families...

In US marriages, where men choose to work, while women choose to take care of the kids; women are left pretty much without safety net, when they have no time to build a career. So if they would be abused by their men, it's just now harder to leave, as you don't want to land on the street while being financial dependent from your ex.

People in here saying all women are evil gold diggers and doing this all the time only for the money, should go our and touch the grass. That's Andrew Tate -like projection of you guys trying to buy people with money.

But guess this just confirms that Melania and Trump are planning to get a divorce. Good for Melania.

This is really a good law signed by Trump since by this situation those hard working man will not worry about their wealth will be slashed in half especially if their wife create trouble and only goes after their wealth.

If someone say that its unfair to other half to have this law but I really think there would be no issue at all if the women is not going after with his money and still they can get something if worse situation came.

Trump made a good choice to sign that law. And I believe this is beneficial for wealthy men out there who exert a lot of effort to create their own empire and this is bad news for gold diggers.
After divorce giving half of asset is surely not good deal because we have too many worst consequences of this law in different regions and many suffered badly but here we also need to protect women as well which are looking for better security of their future specially those are not working or having skills just live as housewives.

Trump doing right thing for the men rights but surely many things will be appeared after this which needed explanation about alternative which are also important I have strong feeling they needed to be talk about this and also go with some better monthly or yearly allowance for this because this will also give them freedom of life after divorce. Currently, it's going to happen in the USA with many others will also try to follow but before going long way surely needed to talk about deep points which are going to create problems after this executive order.

(Trump) Being a victim too, I see reason why he has put the law, to project men. After Trump divorce Ivana in 1990, it cost him a lot of lose for his company because the ex-wife's settlement was $14 million, not just the $14 millions but there were so many other benefits. As a matter of fact, Trump acknowledged that the worst time he ever had in his entire life was after his divorce with Ivana. So, I quite understand why he (Trump) is making the new change of wife owning 50%. In my opinion, it's something that should have even been done a long time ago, because 50% is way too much for a woman that probably might not have even contributed 20% of the man's wealth.

This law makes sense since it’s based on his personal experience, it’s a way to protect the wealthy from women who might take advantage of them. You know, when you’re rich, you’re an easy target. So having a law like this is a good safety net, especially because rich men can sometimes be fools when it comes to love, LOL. Trump gets it, which is why this law lets men divorce without stressing over their finances being at risk as it’s already covered by the law.

I believe it's a good law and there's nothing wrong with it. Such law can be helpful because after its implementation most of the marriages won't break as some women were really taking advantage of old laws of divorce to get 50% of husbands lifetime earnings. Actually, Trump also did justice to women because now they'll only marry the ones whom they love or whom they find good as husband, rather than marrying those who're rich but who doesn't appear attractive to the women, and they only married such men due to their wealth or to take advantage of the previous divorce law. In fact I believe such type of laws should be implemented in all first world countries.

Divorce is still allowed, but there might be changes in how conjugal property or earnings during the marriage are divided. Sometimes, it gets too much, with some women using the law to target wealthy partners. In a way, Trump is just looking out for people in situations like his.

This would be avoided if prenups were made especially if you know you have assets that you don't want your spouse to stick their noses in. It's completely normal and should be advocated actually. It's good that there will be law to protect them but better to just avoid the matter altogether by having a prenup before marriage and dictate assets that are off limits.

Sometimes, a prenup doesn't look good because it feels like you don't trust your partner with your money. I mean, when someone gets married, they're usually ready to give everything to their partner. So having a prenup can come off as if the love isn't genuine or sincere.

In a swift of executive order that trump has quickly signed and taking effects immediately is the law that allows women in the United States to collect 50% of what ever that a man has infact for many years women in the U.S as digging gold because women has perfected the art of getting married to rich men and after some years divorce their husband just to take his hand earn money

Just last week pep quadorla  Manchester City manager fell to this law and lost half of his properties including his biggest mansion in the UK simply because that he is too focused on his work and so the UK court awarded the wife half of pep hard work for years though that is in the UK

According to trump henceforth in the United States of America women getting married to a rich man will not be entitled to his wealth and hard labor over the years but instead if a woman is leaving her marriage the husband can only borrow his wife one million dollars if the husband is rich since that money is not a big deal for the wealthy and this can only happen in the grounds that the woman should present a collateral so in case the woman doesn't pay the money back the collateral is there for the husband

This is a welcome development for men in the United States of America I just pray that other countries too can borrow a leave from trump and implement this law in their countries

What is your opinion concerning this new law

That law has turned Madrid into a business contract for the ladies; someone who is broke and doesn't work any day of her life will just get married to a successful man who has walked their self out for all their life and walked out of the marriage, maybe after giving the person a child, leaving the person with almost nothing. In most cases they don't even come up with any good excuse like the one I was reading about last time where the lady said her reason for divorce is because the man is too busy with work making money; now she is to walk away with the money that the man was busy making, which is part of the reason she is leaving this ridiculous policy. I wish that will be abolished by Trump.
This divorce laws has affected many sportsmen and celebrities negatively. I know of many footballers who become broke after divorce. I am not sure these women really love these sportsmen when they get married and start having children. Maybe they are just targeting the wealth of these football stars. That's why many of these celebrities don't get formally married anymore. They prefer having unmarried partnerships or having children through babymamas. It saves them the stress of going through protective divorce cases and the loss of their hard-earned wealth.
