End of the gold digger era? LOL.

But yeah, I do love this executive order, for example Jeff Bezos, when he divorced MacKenzie Bezos, it sets the record for divorce settlement worth billions. So just imagine if they divorce after this order, the wife will get nothing.

Good riddance now for those kind of women, who got into relationship with men that is super rich and then just go with it because of financial gain or that material benefits.

That law has turned Madrid into a business contract for the ladies; someone who is broke and doesn't work any day of her life will just get married to a successful man who has walked their self out for all their life and walked out of the marriage, maybe after giving the person a child, leaving the person with almost nothing. In most cases they don't even come up with any good excuse like the one I was reading about last time where the lady said her reason for divorce is because the man is too busy with work making money; now she is to walk away with the money that the man was busy making, which is part of the reason she is leaving this ridiculous policy. I wish that will be abolished by Trump.

Well, well, well.. We'd see more women prefer to stay single then if they don't have anymore plans of going on with other guy that has a wealth that they can split up after their shenanigans. It's sad that love and marriage became a living for some of these women because they know that they're protected by law and they can always ask for a child support too. It has become a business for some women like this; PJ Washington’s Ex-Wife Brittany Renner Said If Women Want Easy Pay Day They Should “F*ck An Athlete, They’re Really Dumb”

I know some persons will not be pleased by this law, but who cares.
We can forget about Donald Trump and Bitcoin issues for a while and talk about how much of a blessing dissolving this stupid rule is, this law has ruined the lives of many great men in that country. The law in the first place is very stupid, the man has nothing to gain from abiding, if i were to be from the United States then it would be the least to add up to me getting married, any woman who fights to get the papers signed before will come to my knowledge that there is something behind the struggle for my signature.

Marriage is about love but women has now raised their shenanigans to invest love and reap half the properties of husbands who worked very hard to achieve a better life standard. Whosoever do not appreciate the changes is nothing different from an ingrate, typically the same as  defaulters.

This shit has to end in the other parts of the world too. We have the same law here and lots of men don’t want to get married because of it. Why do married couples have to share their assets when they are getting divorced?

What’s mine is mine just like it was mine before I was married.

What’s yours is yours the same way.

Why make them shared assets in the first place?

Whoever came up with this shit idea needs a good beating.

Maybe he gave a hint about changing the law but there is no information about him signing such an executive order. No media house from the US or Europe reported it but it featured mainly on online platforms in Nigeria and Uganda.

The law shouldn't just be changed without some consideration. Some women who have supported their husbands in business should have better deals. But those who are just goal diggers should not benefit massively from a man's wealth after divorce.

this law is quite reasonable i think, because how can a man owe half of what they have when they divorce their wife... it seems unfair to men who work hard to get all that wealth.

the divorced wife should only get based on her contribution during their marriage, for example if the woman does not have a job and her activities so far are only taking care of the household, then she is entitled to 10-15 percent of her husband's wealth-- or more or less than that depending on the court's decision. but for those who only marry to pursue the man's wealth, then there is no money for them.

it means that with this law there are more men who will be saved from women who only marry them just to get their wealth or other unfair decisions that harm hard-working men.

cout << "Bitcoin";
I really found this order from the president interesting(if it's actually true). I Will be waiting to see how things unfolds and how divorce rate will decline in this four years rule of president trump. But I still feel that I need to read more, just to be certain that this order is valid.

I believe this order(if true) will make women more hardworking and self dependent. This case is quite disappointing, because I want to believe that not all men that are divorced today were actually the ones who demanded for the divorce. Ooh, there is nothing to lose as a woman, which I believe is what gives them the edge or ego since the law backs them, while on the part of the man, half of the wealth is on the line. So, if any woman ends up marrying a wealthy person, they will have to think twice on what to do with their time.

And I have even start to ask myself, "should the law even have hand in people's marriage aside issuing them marriage and divorce certificates" ?. Because I clearly don't see it as a necessity in awarding or sharing properties in the first place. The court doesn't choose a man for a woman, or a woman for a man, so it doesn't make much sense to me why they will interfere during divorce. Us women will definitely frown towards this order, and I can't wait to see how things unfolds, if the whole story is actually true.

This will be a very good law that will mostly save married men from losing their hard-earned money that they work for to women that are not entitled to that. Many women tend to use this against men as blackmail, which they will be the ones doing the wrong in the relationship as a wife, but will file for divorce since they have already had a child with the man, so that they will be able to collect 50% of his property.

For instance, Pep, the coach of Manchester City, is now depressed after losing 50% of his hard work to his divorced wife, which also affected Manchester City's performance for a while, because it is not easy to see what you have worked for taken away from you.

This law will not only help men from losing 50% of their property, but will also reduce the rate of divorce in the United States. And it will be a very good one. I suppose this law is 100% because its advantages are much better than it disadvantages.

I know some persons will not be pleased by this law, but who cares.

I never heard Donald Trump said he's going to do something like this during the presidential campaign. He kept it to myself, if not he would have lose a good number of votes from the female folks Grin

Everything about the divorce law is wrong. It encourages lazy women to begin to see marriage as an opportunity to get wealth and not what it was meant to be. So, I think this is a good move by president Donald Trump to abolish it and I hope other nations with such crazy law do same.

This law that Trump made seems to be fine, usually it's what women really want. Others are also using the divorce law so that they don't have to fight to get what they want.

As one of our colleagues here said, I hope this will be implemented in other countries as well, I mean I hope other allies of the US will also
adopt this and make it a law here in our country.

This is quite interesting. Marriage may bind two individuals into one but that doesn’t mean that whatever the other person has acquired while they are married, the wife or spouse is immediately entitled to own half of it when divorce comes in the picture. That’s very unfair on part of the husband who has worked so hard just to gain whatever achievements he earned.

This is to create realization for every married couple that marriage is sacred and shouldn’t be easily broken. Instead of easily filing for divorce, why not find ways on how to make the relationship work most especially if there are children involved. That way, divorce will be discouraged. Another realization on this is that, one person shouldn’t be fully dependent on her spouse. Husbands are not wives’ banks, they should learn to work on their own to earn their own income, or find side hustles that will compensate them for their work or services.

That makes sense, since women often advocate for equality, but some take advantage of divorce laws to go after money when they separate from their husbands. Trump seems to recognize this and is just trying to protect men from being exploited by the system. Divorce is still allowed, but there might be changes in how conjugal property or earnings during the marriage are divided. Sometimes, it gets too much, with some women using the law to target wealthy partners. In a way, Trump is just looking out for people in situations like his.

In a swift of executive order that trump has quickly signed and taking effects immediately is the law that allows women in the United States to collect 50% of what ever that a man has infact for many years women in the U.S as digging gold because women has perfected the art of getting married to rich men and after some years divorce their husband just to take his hand earn money

Just last week pep quadorla  Manchester City manager fell to this law and lost half of his properties including his biggest mansion in the UK simply because that he is too focused on his work and so the UK court awarded the wife half of pep hard work for years though that is in the UK

According to trump henceforth in the United States of America women getting married to a rich man will not be entitled to his wealth and hard labor over the years but instead if a woman is leaving her marriage the husband can only borrow his wife one million dollars if the husband is rich since that money is not a big deal for the wealthy and this can only happen in the grounds that the woman should present a collateral so in case the woman doesn't pay the money back the collateral is there for the husband

This is a welcome development for men in the United States of America I just pray that other countries too can borrow a leave from trump and implement this law in their countries

What is your opinion concerning this new law
