Unlike in your beloved country people here have stopped with the non sense. Only politicians when they have nothing to say good about their economy are turning to ethnic talks. Nor the Romanian nor the Hungarians nor the Germans (working and educated ) here are even remotely thinking about independence separation or god knows what.

Its from the Ukranian flunkie Lysenko so we should take it with a grain of salt. But Dzhankoj is the city north of Crimea in the boundary to Kherson oblast. Berdyansk, where the Novorussian forces are now, is found midway betwen Dzhankoj & the Russian frontier (in the map, at least). Will they meet the forces from Berdyansk & go straight to Melitopol, Zaporizhye & Dnipropetrovsk?

Who said Mariupol wants to remain in Ukraine? WE saw videos showing how many people went to the streets to fight the Ukrainian tanks before. More than those in that picture.

Besides, we should consider the practicalities. Do you want to have a hodgepodge where you have a jigsaw puzzle of parts of different countries? Just imagine the insanity of synchronizing programs among bits of different countries interlaced with each other.

Donetsk Republic has already voted & Novorossiya it was, & it still is.

If there where so many why didn't they come out?
Why was the city so peaceful before and now hundreds are fleeing the city?

How many people are there on this picture? 1000? 2000? It's a city of 500.000, of which roughly half are ethnic Ukrainians. Where are they? Why don't you ask yourself, how many of Mariupol citizens might be actually waiting for the rebels?

That's a cheap shot, my Romanian friend. Most of the people in Nagyvarad (Oradea) don't want to be in Romania but they have been occupied by poorer Romania because of the Trianon Treaty (Hungary has a higher standard of living & Hungary looks really classy while Romania is Third World)...

Worse, Romanians were forcibly inserted in monstrous blocks of apartments to dilute the Hungarian population but it's obvious where to find the HUngarians because they are more sophisticated and they leave in the classier historical areas

Frankly, the formation of Novorossiya is already certain, everything is becoming anti-climactic. The fact Putin already called it Novorossiya and that he congratulated the Novorossiya militia virtually revealed what is in his mind. When he said in his conference with the kids in Moscow that the "West shouldn't mess with us" on its actions on Ukraine, he was saying a lot. It's obvious the major EU countries have already realized they have no other option except superficial publicity stunts for political consumption.

If you noticed, even the Western propaganda media are already speculating on the "loss of Ukraine's Black Sea coast" with the formation of Novorossiya from Kharkov to Odessa. Was there an agreement between the powers behind the scene?

So how about the people on the ground? You saw how the restive places like Kharkov & Odessa were immediately silenced by the Right Sector squads. There will be curses in the start but I don't really think it will derail the formation of the new entities in the long run. The oil money will go a long way, the gulf of salary between Ukraine & Russia (10x in some cases) virtually silenced everybody in Crimea.

You're right, no question about it. That's why I am not commenting some rather euphoric posts mentioning march on Kharkov, Odessa... even Kiev. It's not realistic. Even if it was, in strictly military sense, there is no point. Ethnic Ukrainians are generally dissatisfied with their government and situation in their country, but vast majority of them are not for Novorossiya. Put them under too much pressure and they will resist. So, rebels should be focused to take and defend areas where people are actually supporting them. To underestimate their shaken but still very capable opponent would be a huge mistake.

I was having plenty of problems about that! I was just convinced that much of that shelling was done by the separatists, not Ukrainian military. The first round of GRAD rockets fired in this war was by the separatists against Ukrainian army. You guys posted a lot of videos of separatists firing mortar shells, which are not at all accurate. If Ukraine is shelling residential areas, they are likely abandoned and taken over by these separatists. The videos you guys yourselves posted, of areas after shelling, show the city completely empty. And it's a well proven tactic of Russia to do something, and then blame the other side of doing it.


You know that defecting to the other side is not an option, because Russia doesn't have a justice system. Their only option is to quit and disappear, which, as you yourselves reported, many did.



THEY ARE NOT THE SAME GODAMN NATION! Do you claim that Spain and Italy are the same Latin nation? Of course not. This is why there has always been conflict between Russia and Ukraine: Russia thinks Ukraine is the same Slavic nation, and wants to take control over it, and Ukraine always viewed itself as a nation separate from Russia, and always fought Russia to defend itself.

Why aren't you saying that Ukraine and Novorussia are part of the same Slavic nation, and should all be one, instead of fighting for independence? Why is your cognitive dissonance so broken that you can't see Ukraine fighting for independence from Russia as being the exact same thing as Novorossia fighting for independence from Ukraine?

Don't start crying like a baby when your side starts getting whacked. When thousands of innocent civilians (including many children) died as a result of these same "conscripts" shelling the residential areas of Donetsk and Lugansk, you were having no problems. Even if they are forcibly recruited, they have the option of defecting to the other side. So stop complaining and act like a mature person.


Lol... this is very funny. From the very start, I am pointing out in my posts that both the Ukrainians and Russians are part of the same Slavic nation and it is the NATO which is trying to divide them.

Now, take a look at the twitter accounts of your pro-Kiev friends. 90% of the accounts are full of obscenities against the ethnic Russians, calling them subhumans and similar stuff. Show me a single Russian account which is using similar language.
