Seems like it. There was a similar incident at a vodka factory elsewhere in Ukraine.

Like this line: Милиция, присутствовавшая на месте конфликта, в ситуацию не вмешивалась.
Police were present during the conflict, but refrained from interfering.

Workers of Fish processing factory Yuzhnaja in Belgorod-Dnestrovsk (near Odessa) stormed and re-took their factory that was previously occupied by unknown people.

Who were these unknown people? Were they pro-Kiev? Or mercenaries sent in by the US?

Neo nazi.

More precisely, journalist Ken Jebsen says that mass media distorts the information and brainwashing people. No one wants conflict with Russia in Germany, met media says that Germany wants a conflict.

He says, the demonstration is "for" something, they are not demonstrating "against". You need not be against US and be for Russia, no. They demonstrate for peace, and not against something.

He also says that he would love to interview Putin.

Found his speech with English captions:

A very good speech. If only journalists like him could be heard. (A fun bit after 34:00)

The base of Berkut in Harkov.
The banners on the gates read: "Berkut are our heroes" and "No to Facism. No to Junta. For the Customs Union (TS) and referendum"

Yatsenjuk arrived in Donetsk. There is some English-language dialogue towards the end of the video.

He will send graystone former blackwater soldiers

There will be a limited number of mercenaries. He can't use too many, as the outside world will feel that he is using them as he has no faith in the Ukrianian army. As far as I know, there are around 200 English speaking mercenaries in Eastern Ukraine right now.
