If I remember right, they've already seized a lot of military facilities... So, they definetely own some weapons.

That is good news. But it would have been even better if Russia could help them by providing some equipment. Anyway the EU sanctions are there to stay. They would have helped their co-ethnics.

People blocks roads in searching of neo nazi groups.

Judging from a comment by a local witness, unfounded, hysterics over rumours.

The promises of Nationalists:
https://www.facebook.com/borys.filatov/posts/603173516431216

Those comments were about Crimea, that Maidan coup should agree to all demands from "Crimea's bitches" and give them all promises, an hang them all later

Quote
И последнее. Никаких десантов с Майдана. Никаких экстремистских заявлений. Нужно давать мразям любые обещания, гарантии и идти на любые уступки.
...А вешать...
Вешать их надо потом.

I hope that resistance in Lugansk, Donetsk and Harkov do not believe any promises given by the coup-government appointed reps, as it looks like such promises are hollow.

The guys in the car demand that police be called in, while the ones outside don't identify themselves and have sharp-loaded guns pointing at the people in the car.

The guys themselves called to the police, but the police basically told them that loaded guns in a control post is ok, and disconnected.

The guys are actually very well versed in law. They were filming the police raiding passing cars from some distance and got spotted....

Towards the end police demands that they stop filing.

And then comes a fat guy, finally showing an ID card (police declined to show their id all the time)... of Right Sector.

So that circus when from road patrol to police to special ops to Right Sector. Hierarchy is easily visible.

To be honest, it seems to be a circus. The driver did have a gun in his car, in the glove compartment, and even though he didn't touch it when reaching for the documents, given the situation in the country, the reaction of the road patrol can be understandable.

Those in military uniforms are the Kiev-delivered ones. The fat one in the beginning didn't like that a citizen was talking to him while having his hand in his pockets.
Note that that another of those "fighters" reaches for his firearm at 0:15. Luckily no shots were fired.

Judging by this footage:
there are some standard army-issued weapons and munition in circulation.

This footage is from Lugansk.

They are armed with sticks. No machine guns or other fire arms, in Donetsk.

Lugansk is armed with some machine guns/ assault rifles.

Public Republic of Donetsk officially, at a press conference, proclaims creation of Donetsk People's Army and appoint it's Commander in Chief.

That is interesting. Do they have any APCs or MBTs? What will be the approx. strength of the Donetsk People's Army? Has anyone from the Ukrainian Army defected to this side?

Judging by this footage:
there are some standard army-issued weapons and munition in circulation.

According to some reports, there is a number of military personnel, who defected to the side of the people (the formulation does sound strange).

One of the questions asked was about international observers, and the answer was that there is one observer from UN, who was in Donetsk. She is currently visiting Lugansk as the smallest, yet most volatile region, and will be returning to Donetsk tonight to conduct talks with the representatives of the local republican authorities.
