Because major cities such as Lugansk and Donetsk have been taken over by pro-Russians. And there is nothing the American puppet can do about it. So the best thing to do now, is to keep quiet.

2. Even if it didn't exist, it doesn't matter. Absence of demarcation pacts means absence of state borders. This means that any accusations of separatism or occupation will be senseless in terms of international law.

Ukrainian army has moved in to Kharkiv.... but it will be interesting to see if they have the balls to move to Donetsk.
