I remember my mother's message that if you want to do something, never rush because it won't be good in the end, therefore every time I gamble I don't really want to rush into playing, enjoying the game is something I have fun because my goal is to gamble only just to look for fun and have fun not to multiply money also make money in gambling.

Gambling with a hasty attitude will allow us to lose more opportunities as well as money on the gambling platform, that's why I always advise anyone not to be in a rush in doing anything including gambling, because gambling requires money for betting so make sure to play to enjoy the game because in a hurry you won't be able to enjoy the game too, especially if you lose quickly.

We should learn to have patience while gambling, everything is not done well by rushing into it, at the end of being impatient we loose focus and miss out some opportunities out of our carelessness, this same impatient makes some gamblers developed a greedy taste for winning and they keep loosing instead, some decisions when gambling are not expected to be taken in haste conditions but we need to give a more closer and careful look and approach on them before final decision is taken.

It's normal to have a desire to win, who don't want to, right? like what OP did when the withdrawal was not finished he tried to gamble again accidentally started to get emotional and spent the money again.

I see... I did not get clear about the story in the end. He had balance, waited for withdrawal, but still made a deposit. What was that money circulation all about?

Anyway, does it really called patience? Wasnt it simple greed? It would be about patience, if he would hit withdrawal, confirm everything, close browser and wait. Maybe spent more money on CPFP or replace by free to get money quicker. Maybe cancelling previous withdrawal and creating new with a faster withdrawal. Thus made his withdrawal stuck for investigation. That would be the reason to talk about patience and impatience in gambling.

"the point is the problem, not in the gambling" however it's the gambling that triggers that problem. Once that gambling becomes that cue, it will always be the initiator of that problem. Instead focus on teams that you are familiar with and have more information about.

The problem is, in gambling it is very complex. not only about addiction, not also a matter of patience or not. it all boils down to each individual, where sometimes there are times when emotions will approach us depending on the conditions and situations when involved in a gambling session. there are times, where we are in trouble either because of deposits or withdrawals with various factors that cause it. it all comes back to us as individuals, where there is always a risk involved. where dopamine will play an important role, where our patience will be tested and at the same time our psychology is disrupted. which in essence, what the OP said in this thread is a commonplace part whether in gambling or other matters.

But overall I agree with what you said, especially regarding the theme of our discussion about patience. Patience is really needed in gambling for gamblers, where when we are experiencing defeat, let alone streaks. there too, patience will be needed to temper our emotions so we don't do things that are out of control. Patience is also useful for me personally when I'm trying to analyze a soccer team that will compete. how should I do, gather all the latest information and then consider it. of course, it requires patience when doing research. one more thing, addiction is an individual problem and as you said. the point is the problem, not in the gambling. therefore, anything that is done in excess is not good. The key here is that we should really be having that self control because if we dont really have this kind of behavior then most likely we would really be ending up on using up those money into gambling.
It is really just that a matter of control and mindset on things on which we do really have our own will on how we would really gonna handle up ourselves when it comes to this manner.
We know that it would really be that a waste if we do really engage on it out specially with gambling and making bad decisions would really be ending up on losing money which is something that should really be used on

I've completely abstained from anything related to gambling; I won't even go near or visit online gaming sites because I don't want to be swayed by the high odds and games that I'm familiar with. Before everything cools down, we have to admit that what we are getting into is wrong and completely out of plan, gambling leads to us to use our budgeted money for another unnecessary thing, which is to wager on games, and at the end of the day, we record either loss or profit. It's good that you've noticed and you're able to acknowledge that you've been once an addicted gambler. There is a limit to patience in every person, when you have just started and then get defeated, it is certain that your psychology will be disrupted and patience will be difficult to do. This topic is already long open and being misunderstood the purpose. The patience he is talking is the wait when your account doesn’t have instant withdrawal. He lose all his profit including bankroll just because he can’t wait to process his withdrawal and continue gambling until he bust.

But patience related to what? If I place 10 bets per month and thought a lot about it and only placed 1 bet every 3 days, I can still be a "patient" bettor, but lose more than I can afford depending on what my circumstances are. You are absolutely right that addictions aren't a flu and another difference is that a flu is an obvious state of the physical condition which can't be overlooked usually. Whereas an addiction can also have to do with ignorance and go undetected for a long time. I know that it could also be that way with a flu, but I hope I made my point.
