Why the heck would you consider to dispose of hodings taking considerable loses? The market could go upwards in a short time and possibly reach again high prices.
I do not think that it will achieve because we can see the current market price is still unstable, to reach the price of 20,000 in the current summer it feels difficult, because we can see the market output will be the same as last year in January, it is still too early for such a price, someone specifically managing the course, I will keep a coin with them still early to sell it.

The crypto market is quite new and the volatility of the market is much higher. The market is risky and is affected by negative news and the risk is increasing but to me it is not over yet, no panic.

Yes, I also agree that you shouldn't panic and sell you coin at low prices because of the current condition of the crypto market but be very patient and hold till when the market recover because than you will be able to sell at a reasonable price and make profit because the price of coin will rise.
