We can't blame some people if they do panic specially if they experienced huge losses before in which for now they will just to ensure the safety of their money after the traumatic experience during the ultimate dip last year. One of my earliest mistake in crypto which always haunt me resulted from panic. I was so naive and impatient after the price of a coin dropped. I sold a coin worth $5000 for just $150. Never panic sell in crypto because the market will recover.
If you have a long term plan then stick to it. Most of those coins that went to an all time high back around New Year 2017/2018 they will never see those high prices again.
